The Mahe region
Seychelles is so much more than just a beautiful destination with divine, world-beating beaches, clear azure waters and an amazing ecology. You will discover that there’s truly surprising diversity to be enjoyed with, literally, a new experience around every corner.
If you’re into relaxation and just kicking back and enjoying the down-time, Seychelles has all you’ll ever need, from a selection of over 65 beaches on the island of Mahé alone, where to enjoy uncrowded, silver sands framed by some of the oldest granite boulders on earth. Just the place to acquire the special glow of a Seychelles’ tan, refreshed by dips into crystal waters or even a snorkel to introduce you to the amazing world just beneath the waves. There is also a host of great excursions and activities to choose from which highlight the many enchanting sights, sounds and experiences of the islands.
Mahé, the principal island, is home to the international airport and Victoria, the world’s tiniest capital and is the cultural and economic hub of the nation. Here can be found most of the islands’ tourism facilities in the form of the greatest selection of accommodation, cultural and eco-tourism hotspots, great restaurants, bars, café’s and casinos as well as dive centres, car, fishing & sailing boat rentals and walks & trails.
The Glacis / Sorento area
Sit on the verandah, look at the view and ....chill out
In the Beau Vallon Area there are a range of restaurants offering good upper end dining, pizzas, and Creole buffets amongst others. Or try some of the other restaurants and cafes further afield. We can provide suggestions such as Le Jardin du Roi in the South.
Go to the Beach.
The big sweep of Beau Vallon with its long sandy beach fringed with Takamaka trees is ideal for swimming, sunbathing and relaxing.
There are dive centres at Beauvallon which cater for all standards of divers.
Walk along the rocky coastal fringe from Danzil to Anse Major, or from Val Riche to the top of Copolia, or up to the Trois Freres, or do La Reserve and Brulee. You can see some of the country that many people miss. We can lend you maps of the trails.
Some of the small coves are very good for this such as Vista do Mar some five minutes drive from the Chalets.

Combination of magnificent weather, secluded location with heavenly view and magnificent room maintenance has made this best holiday that we had in long time.
W have been in some quite exclusive places in Cyprus, Malaysia, Oman and across Europe, still no other place had everything that we found here.
Chalets are real jewel for our family. However for drivers without strong nerves driving uphill and last couple turning could be real challenge.
You must have car and renting with help of Andrea is probably best option.
We will come again.
Those without adventurous spark should maybe look somewhere else, they will miss magnificent sunsets. Chalets and those with adventure spark will not miss them.
