Spacious Modern Luxury AC Apartment, recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard. The apartment is owned by a British woman and comprises of entrance lounge with seating & table, living area with two comfortable sofa beds, fully fitted kitchen/diner seating 6 people, master bedroom with a King Size Bed, 2nd bedroom with twin beds. There is a large bathroom with jacuzzi & shower.
Enjoy some egyptian hospitality, the egyptian people are friendy, humourous and always ready to help you. They love the tourists and they are very proud of their heritage, enjoy informative tours of the historical sites with experienced tour guides to get maximum benefit from your stay here in Egypt.

The North Egypt / Cairo / Cairo region

Nazlet el Saman is a village aprox 1 Hour from Cairo, here you can relax in a quiet environment but still have access to the main attractions of this Area, The Pyramids and the Sphinx are literally on your doorstep. a short distance by taxi you can visit the Step Pyramid at Sakarra & Memphis. There are many places to visit in Cairo itself, eg the Famous Museum, see the The Pharonic Village (like going back in time), The Citadel (home to Egypt Rulers for some 700 years, visit the Mohammed Ali Mosque, this is a work of art and took 18 years to build. Don't miss a visit to the famous 14th century Khan el Kalili Market. Take an evening cruise down the River Nile and enjoy the entertainment, music and belly dancers.

Giza area

The Pyramids & Sphinx are around 10 mins walk from the apartment, there are many restaurants,supermarkets and bazzarres within 5-10 mins walking. You can access the local hotels with restaurants, some allow day use of their sun terraces and swimming pools and all within 10 min taxi ride. There is an internet cafe/games in the village and tennis courts.
There are stables if you would like horse riding or a camel ride.

British Airways BMI & Egyptair offer direct flights to Cairo, flying time aprox 5 hours, airport transfers can be arranged.

The living area is equipped with TV/Satelite receiver, DVD & a CD Player so bring along you favourite music. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a filter coffee maker, all linen & towels are provided. A pay as you go mobile telephone using the local network will be available for your use during your stay.
Cleaning of the apartment is optional and can be arranged for you at an additional charge of £8.00 per clean.

The apartment is situated in a quiet street in the Village of Nazlet el Saman, close to the historical sites, Pyramids & Sphinx but within easy reach of Cairo with the Famous Museum (galleries of Tutankhamun) and many other attractions. There are supermarkets , restaurant & bazarres in the village itself and within 5-10 mis walk of the apartment. You can take a camel ride or horse ride into the desert or a felluca on the River Nile, an evening cruise on the Nile with dinner & entertainment. You will have exclusive use of the Roof Terrace, relax on the sun loungers sipping cool drinks on those long sunny days or enjoy the sound & light show over the Pyramids from the roof in the evening. Tours using experienced tour guides can be arranged for you at very reasonable rates.

A deposit of £75 is required at the time of booking, the balance can be paid cash on arrival. The deposit is non refundable if vacation is cancelled 12 weeks or less before expected arrival date.
Monthly Rental is at the reduced rate of £675.
*NB: For any bookings in excess of 2 weeks the deposit will be £75 however half the remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival and the remainder can be paid cash on arrival.

From the moment we contacted Catherine online she has been nothing but accomodating to make sure our trip to Egypt was most memorable. She arranged transfers to and from the airport and helped in booking our tours. She made everything easy for us. The neighbours were friendly and helpful and the apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood and this allowed us to tour Giza during the day and at night. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated with modern appliances and furniture giving it a homely feel. You will enjoy watching the sun set behind the Pyramids and viewing the light and sound show from the roof top patio that you have exclusive use of. Many Thanks to Tarek, our tour guide and driver whom Catherine recommended, we found him very accomodating and attentive to our schedule and needs. We highly recommend staying at Pyramids View Apartment.

Can't say enough about the hospitality & warmth of Catherine, everything was "no problem" and she went out of her way to help us with any request. The apartment is lovely, new and clean and the roof is a little peice of Magic. The locals are great and a walk around is a must. Will recommend to anyone i know coming to Egypt.

Catherine's initial response to the enquiry was prompt. She was most happy to answer any questions i had. What a delightful apartment this is, i was really overwhelmed at my 1st sight of it. I was impressed by how clean and immaculate it was on our arrival. Its very well equipped with all modern appliances and well needed Air Condition and a Jacuzzi and a beautiful view of the Pyramids. What more can one ask for.... 12 nights of Bliss were spent here by us,... what more can i say ....... Wow... Wow...Wow, love it, can't wait to come back. Beware you people who want to rebook as we could be fighting over this apartment, without a doubt would recommend to anyone. Many Thanx for your warmth & Hospitality Catherine, we will see you soon.

We were here for 8 days, 8 days we will never forget, our stay here to say in one word "incredible"! Cairo is a city with many faces, each part of the city is worth seeing, the people are so friendly and helpful, the apartment was superb, very clean and tidy. The view from the roof top is amazing, Catherine is a very warm and helpful woman, she was always there for us whenever we had any questions and she will tell you everything you need to know. She can help with booking the tours, the tour to Memphis and Saqqara was amazing and the guide Tarek is the best, he knows very much about Egypts history and culture and he will do everything to ensure your tour is one you never forget. Tarek, thankyou so much for all the help and showing us all the sites. Catherine, thankyou so much for the incredible week, for all the help, we will never forget you and when we visit Egypt again we know we can contact you.

You are here so you will know its a very lovely apartment owned by a very nice lady called Catherine. The great thing about the apartment is its position in a real Arab community, much better than some sanitised international hotel, just enjoy what it has to offer. You can get alnmmost anywhere, central Cairo, Carrefour Supermarket, the Citadel, Saqqara for anything between 30EGP - 40EGP depending on how hard you bargain.

We have all had an absolutely fantastic experience of a holiday, this has been largely due to the expert guidance and hospitality of Catherine who has been a font of knowledge. The apartment was extremely comfortable and the conveneinece of the utilities can not be overstated. The use of the mobile has been very helpful and Catherine has called back when she has received a missed call , very efficiently. A big Thankyou Catherine for making our stay so pleasantly memorable.
