Think exposed stonework and lime washed walls.The design is inspired by Farrow and Ball colours, our travels in France and complimented by hand-picked funky designer furniture and fabrics.
If you're looking for something different - off the beaten track, yet within 25 minutes of Cardiff - then you may well have found the perfect escape. A sanctuary which combines the feel of a boutique hotel with the advantage of being able to come and go as you please.
Cardiff International Airport is less than 10 minutes away as is the Glamorgan Heritage Coast, Fonmon Castle, Atlantic College and the historic market towns of Cowbridge and Llantwit Major.

The South Wales / Cardiff/Newport/Glamorgan region
The property is located a few hundered metres from the picturesque Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Coastline, offering beautiful walks. The property is also located in close proximity to the historic market town of Cowbridge, the veritable 'Bond Street' of Wales.
The Vale of Glamorgan is renowned for its unspoilt farmland and coastline and boasts fine beaches such as Monknash and Southerndown which again are less than a 15 minute drive from the property
Gileston area
Gileston is a very small hamlet near St Athan and Llantwit Major. Llantwit Major is itself a historic town offering many shops, fine restaurants and pubs. It also has a beach popular with walkers and surfers. There are a host of lovely restaurants, but what we love doing best is going for a nice meal and a pint of real cider in the historic Plough and Harrow in Monknash. Failing that the wonderful thatched Blue Anchor pub in East Aberthaw serves fabulous bar meals and a great choice of real ales. You musn't miss a trip to Cowbridge - plenty of ways to spend a few hard earned pennies, whether on tapas, shoes or antiques.
How to get there
The property is located within 3 miles of Cardiff International Airport and is served by good bus and train links. There is now a train station at Llantwit Major which has a direct service to Cardiff Central Station. The property is a short taxi ride from the station.
