About this location
The Yorkshire region
Giggleswick is separated from the small bustling market town of Settle by the river Ribble. The pretty market square has everything you may need; plenty of good pubs and restaurants, many independent shops. The town boasts a small indoor pool, a theatre and a Booths supermarket. The famous Settle to Carlisle line takes you further afield into the Dales and from Giggleswick you can catch a train to the nostalgic seaside town of Morecambe.
The Yorkshire Dales National Park offers some spectacular scenery and great outdoor activities.
