This lavish single storey property is filled with tasteful arts and furnishings. All rooms lead off the magnificent central Atrium which greets you as you open the front door. A mesmerizing Moroccan style living area sits comfortably alongside a sophisticated European style living area. The villa is equipped with a widescreen TV (limited satellite channels) and DVD player, a computer with (dial up) internet access is also provided for guests use. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the elegant and tasteful dining area can accommodate up to eight guests.
Within this charming villa there are four main bedrooms all with en suite facilities. The 'Atlas Bedroom' features a double bed and en suite bathroom. Leading off this bedroom (and separated by a door )is an additional sleeping area furnished with bunk beds which can accommodate two children. The 'Menara Bedroom' is also furnished with a double bed and has its own en suite bathroom. The 'Koutoubia bedroom' and 'Majorelle Bedroom' are both twin bedded rooms, 'Koutoubia' features an en suite bathroom, while 'Majorelle' has its own en suite shower room. In addition there is a separate guest cloakroom.
The grounds surrounding this property are truly remarkable with panoramic views of the (often snow capped) Atlas Mountains. Within the gardens is the large 12 metre x 6 metre heated swimming pool which has a graduated deep end (1.6 metres - 2.6 metres) and a charming pool house with bar. This villa also boasts it's own Hamman, a steam room that produces a soft relaxing heat, used to detoxify the skin and considered by many to be the ultimate pampering experience. The pleasant and tranquil outdoor patio enables to you to dine outside, under the stars in the evenings. Whilst staying in this villa all your needs will be catered for by the resident housekeeper/cook and pool maintenance/gardener.
