Home description
This villa is ideal for families that want their own space. It is new to the market and very well equipped, providing you with everything a holiday home should have. The villa benefits from a village location but with access to Paphos and the surrounding area. It sleeps 6 comfortably and there are additional facilities for two more people plus a baby.
The villa is a large three bedroomed property. The large master bedoroom has an en suite, seating area, lots of storage space and balcony that overlooks the garden. There are two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. A winding staircase leads to a downstairs where there is a kitchen/ dining area, separate toliet and an extra spacious living/ dining area.
The outside is private and not overlooked. The villa is backed by farm land and olive groves, and you can just see the sea from the garden. The pool is 8x4m and there are plenty of sunny areas and natural shade in the garden.

The Paphos District
Cryprus is an all year round destination, the sun shines and the temperature is above 60 degrees for 40 weeks per year. Paphos and district has so much to offer visitors, it is one of the most beautiful and popular ancient towns in Cyprus. It has a blend of history, culture, activities and an endless coastline of beautiful beaches with clear blue waters.
A little up the coast line is the birth place of Aphrodite and the Troodos mountains can be enjoyed in both summer and winter. The local people are welcoming and they love children. The area is relaxing and yet there is plenty to do if it is activity that you are searching for.
Things that we recommend: Take a trip to Lachi and hire your own boat, go snorkelling and enjoy some water sports. Troodos mountains - 40 minutes by car from the villa, beautiful countryside, ideal for walks and picnics. Coral Bay - 20 minutes by car/ bus, really nice bay for swimming. Paphos waterpark and karting
Geroskipou area
Geroskipou is a typically traditional Cypriot village ideally located for access to beaches, sport facilties, Paphos and the airport. Geroskipou is the home of Cyprus delight, this is where it is all made.
The village itself contains a supermarket, pharmacy, bakers, bars and restaurants which are of good quality and reasonably priced. The centre has a square with an old church and is surrounded by cafe bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk from the villa.
The villa is ideally located for the following:
Geroskipou beach - 3 km, great beach for families, gentle sloping sandy beach and nice bay for swimming, snorkelling and water sports. It has good restaurants and bars and holds international volley ball competitions in the summer months which can be enjoyed by all.
Sports and activities: There is an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool a few minutes from the villa. Paphos Waterpark - 5 minutes drive from the villa, our children loved this! Go-Karting - 5 minutes drive from the villa. Horse riding - 5 minutes drive from the villa.
Paphos centre - lovely harbour, great for an evening time walk, plenty of shops, restaurants bars and a good night life. We enjoyed swimming off the harbour, there are steps down to the water, and there a few driving platforms into the clear blue water. There are many boat trips that you can take from the harbour.
Coral Bay - another lovely beach, ideal for families and watersports. You can take the airconditioned bus from the village centre or drive about 20 minutes away.
How to get there
The villa is only 12km from Paphos airport and about 1.5 hrs from Larnaca. Most major airports fly to both Paphos and Larnaca.

Car rental is not essential as there are good amenities in the village. There is also a very good air conditioned bus service that runs from Paphos airport through the village of Geroskipou and on to Paphos town centre. Cost 3 Euros.

A 25% non-returnable deposit is required with booking to confirm. The full balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before travel.
We do have the facility to accept Visa,Master and Debit card this has been popular with some of guest as it make arranging payment very simple
A breakage bond of £250 is taken with the final payment and we aim to return this with 14 days subject to every thing being left in order.
We can arrange welcome packs, airport taxi transfers. If you are going to hire a car hire we recommend this booked online and collected at the Airport.
Conditions
Bond is payable on booking and will be returned within two weeks of vacating the villa.

"We had a lovely time over in Cyprus, the weather was unbelievably hot all week so we are both sporting rather nice sun tans. The villa was very nice, and exceptionally clean both inside and out. The area is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed many evenings relaxing at the outside dining area with a few drinks in the evening taking pleasure in the peace and quiet. The location turned out to be perfect, with easy access to the local beach (which was never overcrowded) and Paphos town. I thought the harbour area at Paphos was a wonderful place to spend an afternoon and get some food in the evening.
