This is a prestigious development close to the centre of Geroskipou village which is ideally positioned on the route from Paphos Airport to Paphos town. This is self catering accommodation and is suitable for couples of all ages and families with children.
The development benefits from having a beautiful swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas, separate male and female changing and shower facilities, allocated car parking space in the basement with security gates, a fully fitted gym and nicely landscaped gardens to the front of the development with views towards the sea.
The private first floor apartment can be accessed using the stairs or the lift. It has an open plan living / dining area leading out via patio doors that open onto a balcony equipped with a table and chairs to relax.

The Paphos District
This ia an all year round holiday destination with 330 days of sunshine every year. Temperatures rarely drop below 59 degrees in the winter and rise to an average of 90 degrees in the summer. The history of Cyprus dates back to 8000 years BC and there are many places of historical and archaeological interest which can be easily accessed.
Places of interest and worth a visit include the following: - The Aphrodite Hills which are set in the midst of carob and olive groves near the town of Pissouri. - The Secret Valley which was the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of beauty and love. - Many churches which contain priceless icons and frescoes. - The Troodos mountains which rear up to 1,951 metres above sea level at Mount Olympus and can be reached easily by car. Jep safaris are available to the mountains. - Paphos town which is a charming west coast town with a picturesque harbour lined with boats and pleasure craft. Trips to cairo and the Pyramids can be arranged from here. This can be accessed within 5 minutes by car and there are plenty of restaurants which cater for everyone. - 3 golf courses which are ideally situated near the apartment and which are accessible within 15 minutes from the apartment. The Secret Valley Golf Course is approximately 14km ( 9m ) east and The Minithis Hills Golf Club is approximately 14km (9m) north. These are excellent golf courses to test golfers of all abilities. If you want to travel further a field, there is also the challenging Aphrodite Golf Course which is set on the coastal cliffs above the Aphrodite rock and is approximately 20km ( 12.5m ) east.
- The Troodos mountains offer a "cooler" sort of skiing from about Jan to March. Within 40 minutes after skiing you can be sunbathing by the pool again in the sunshine. There are not many places in the world where you can snow ski , water ski and jet ski on the same day, but you can in Cyprus. - The Akamas Nature Reserve - The Akavas Gorge - Lara Bay which is a beautiful natural habitat for the turtles. This is a protected area and there are no buildings here. - The Archaeological Museum of Pahos District. -The Ethnographic Museum in Paphos. - The Chrysoroyiatissa Monastery which is famous for excellent wine and is 40 km east from the main road to Polis. - The Monastery of Ayios Neophytos which is 10 km north of Paphos on the road to Polis. - The Palaia Paphos - Aphrodite Temple. - The Paphos Medieval Castle. - Paphos Mosaics. - Geroskipou Byzantine Chapel - Tombs of the Kings. - Aphrodite Water Park. - Geroskipou and Coral Bay Beaches. - Pottery shops in Paphos.
Coral Bay is just a fifteen minute drive away from the apartment and there are so many lovely beaches for you to sample both there and in Paphos. Pottery shops decorate the neighbourhood just waiting for you to find something you like. Drive to Polis and Latchi which are the furthest west of Paphos and hike around the Aphrodite trail. Have lunch in the beautiful marina and hire a speedboat and see the beautiful coast line from the water. Jump on an all day cruise from Paphos harbour and have lunch on the boat.
Swim in the crystal clear waters and if you"re lucky you"ll see the turtles in their natural habitat. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the limestone cliffs that slope gently into the sea and swim into the caves. This is where Cleopatra is rumoured to have dipped her toes into the ocean.
Geroskipou area
Geroskipou ( Yeroskipos ) is a suburb of Paphos which oozes traditional charm near the Mediterranean coast. Geroskipou village is famous for traditional pottery and sweet tasting Cypriot delights ( Turkish delights ). It is a tranquil area with a pretty village square which has bars, Cypriot tavernas, shops, a supermarket, a fresh bread and cakes shop, a pie shop, a hairdressers and a bank ( ATM machine ) which is only a short walk down the road.
Geroskipou is a tourist attraction in itself for its beautiful old Byzantine church which is the only church in Cyprus with 6 domes. It is also the birthplace of Cypriot delights ( known as Turkish delight in the UK ). The Geroskipou blue flag beach is a 5 minute drive by care or a lazy 20 minute walk along country lanes. Car parking is free and the beach includes all the facilities you"ll need for a great day out. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire at a small daily charge.
The beach never gets overcrowded. A brand new beach bar has just been erected selling drinks and snacks. There is a taverna, coffee shop, beach football and volleyball, tennis and the hiring of boats and jet skis. Geroskipou is ideal for the young family with very shallow water being protected by a rocky breakwater. If you fancy travelling 15 minutes up the coast past Pahos, you"ll discover the best beach on the west coast at Coral Bay.

The rental rate is £180 to £295
Prices are per week, per property and not per person. The price does not include air conditioning. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost of £20 per week.
The prices is calculated in GB£. Special offers do not apply if an under occupancy discount has been given.
Conditions
Payments are made by crossed cheque only, made payable to "S Sayer" A non refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a £100 security deposit is payable six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If booking within six weeks of departure the full amount plus £100 security deposit is required at the time of booking. The security deposit ( against loss of keys, breakages and damage to the apartment ) will be refunded within 14 days of your return.
Cancellation charges : The deposit is non refundable. If the holiday is cancelled within 6 weeks of the holiday, the full payment is non refundable.
