21 lord byron st is a detached bunglow style house ,very spacious open plan fully furnished to a high standard.
the gardens are well kept ,and maintained every other day, along with the pool. the villa has a 42" plasma tv attached to the wall with cd and dvd player. also has a extra comunial pool if you wish to use. the villa is decorated very tastefully through out. bathrooms, one with shower ,the other with bath, and shower. two large leather setees in the lounge area. the kichen area has an area for prep work and because its open plan you can chatt with your guests, the large table in the middle of the open plan area, seats up to six , and has velux windows directlly above so theres plenty of light,the large windows to the front of the property allows you to open them right back , so you are looking over the pool. to me this is a very special house and has had lots of intensive work and up dateing over the seven years iv owned it.

The Paphos District

Paphos is a charming, colourfull little town,blessed with a particularly mild climate as a result of warm sea breezes from the west. the town is split into two: kato paphos and the old town of paphos . kato paphos, on the coast , is the pirincipal holiday area and centres on an attractive little harbour whose picturesque open-air restaurants line the quayside where bright fishing boats and pleasure craft are moored. along the seafront are many pavement cafes, bars, restaurants andsouvenir shops. there are 4 municipal beaches along the paphos shoreline, and a number of hotels have man made beaches.paphos town has a wide range of shops to supermarkets, to typical craft shops to sophisticated stores like marks and spencers and co op. as for night life : innumerable lively bars ,tavernas, british pubs ,discos,a cinerma,a bouzouki club and a few night clubs. eating out plentifull restaurants, cafes and snack bars, ranging from very good fish restaurants to pizzerias,buger joints and traditional fare. restaurants to visit are chloes chinese restraurant along the tomb of kings rd ( which is also of interest,

Geroskipou / Ayia Marinoulda area

Ayia marinouda is a quite location in a cypriot village both english and cypriot people live here.the area is growing all the time lots of large houses hre beening built her ,and there are plansto open a golf course.ther is a tarverna in the village that serve good food at alow price , fri and sat night there is live traditional music and dancing. all the villagers and familys get dressed up and go there, its great fun. geroskipou is the village you get to before you drive up to ayia marinouda. lots of shops,post office,bike shops.taverna,supermarkets. church,school,potery shops.you can take a stroll down from ayia marinouda to geroskipou, might take you 25min there and back. from geroskipou there are roads to the beach if you walk it could take you up to 40mins, but by car 10mins. recos beach is the nearest beach. which has also a grass and sandy area and luna park for the children. there is also horse riding at recos beach. strange but fun place . near by is a fish restaurant.

How to get there

Hopefully in march easy jet are able to fly us all there at a very good price, as over the years to get to cyprus has been very expensive.another alternitive is to speak with jerry at swindon travel tel= 01793 533111 he can arrange your flight and car hire and parking at any of the airports. he has been booking my flights for the last seven years.
paphos airport is a ten minute drive from the villa. from gatwick wednesdays and sundays direct about a four hour flight. also heathrow tues and saturdays. flights also go from bristol,cardif etc.

Beautifully decorated through out . the main house has a double bedroom, and a room with two single beds in sharing a bathroom, which has both bath and shower. the living area is open plan, fully equipped kichen, with all mod cons,linen towels are provided, going through adoor from the lounge is another lounge used as a libary quite area, off that is asmall kitchen . and a door leading to a double bedroom with on suite. this area is maybe good if you are going away with friends or realitives as it is totally private.

Sunbeds provided, along with outside table and chairs, large bbq area, garden surounding the house, beautiful garden with lots of pot plants maintained by owners father, who is also a retired builder that has alot of pride and passion for the house so its always kept up together its a pure white house,and if you could think of a good name for it we would be very gratefull.

Further details

All we just ask for you to respect this lovely house, if you would like any cleaning to be done when you leave if you dont have the time my parents charge £30 that will include the washing and ironing of linen and towels.also they are able to pick up a small party of people from the air port or return them for £10 .
we ask for no one to enter into the pump house at any time . and please do not leave air con on all the time as this could incure extra costs. and at any time no one is to enter the house with wet cloths on and no glasses around the pool at any time. this is down to health and safey, and could cause accidents all we wish is for you to have is an injoyable safe holiday .

Conditions

All is welcome to the villa, as we said before , this house is beautiful and has had alot of love and attention over the years it does need respect.
