Villa Zoe is located in the quiet village of Agia Marinouda in the suburb of Geroskipou, with coastal views to the South and a mountain backdrop to the North. Nearest bars and supermarket are only a 10 minute walk away, with Paphos town only a 10-15 minute drive. There is a private pool, BBQ and seating areas so you can dine outside, with sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.

All bedrooms have air conditioning at no extra charge, two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with the third bedroom downstairs, and a further shower room opposite off the hallway.

The Paphos District

Cyprus is an island full of history and myths with over 9,000 years of archaeological treasures, and is said to be the birth place of Aphrodite, the goddess of love. There are lots of interesting places to visit including the harbour with ancient fort and the Tomb of the Kings. The picturesque harbour is lined with tavernas offering fantastic dishes at reasonable prices, enjoy a fish meze overlooking the calm waters and water craft in the harbour. Others may prefer the vast selection of shops and supermarkets with lots of popular names inc. Marks and Spencers, Next and Debenhams. There is even Macdonalds if the Cypriot food isn't to your liking.

Geroskipou / Ayia Marinoulda area

Geroskipou Beach is located approximately 6 kms away, where there is a restaurant offering various kinds of snacks and drinks. Just a stone’s throw away is the Luna Park for the children. The shoreline of the beach is pebbled with clear waters, there is small area for children where the water is not deep. Between the village and the beach is Paphos water park which is well worth a day out and literally a 5 minute drive from the villa.

Ayia Marinouda is a quiet Cypriot village with both English and Cypriots living or holidaying there.There is a taverna in the village that serves great food with traditional live music and dancing on a Friday and Saturday night.
Just down the hill at Geroskipou you'll find lots of shops, post office, banks, tavernas, supermarket and a bakery.

How to get there

There are plenty of scheduled and charter flights from all around the UK to Paphos airport which is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended for the duration of your stay which can be picked up at the airport.

2. Security payment in the form of a £200 cheque which will be returned no later than 21 days after your return, subject to no breakages,
3. You are responsible for your own safety and no liability will be accepted for accidents or mishaps. You must have your own holiday insurance.
4. Payment terms apply, and will be clearly stated on the booking form.

CONDITIONS:

The Villa can be occupied after 3pm on the day of arrival and vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless agreed due to changeovers, however we'll endeavour to be flexible.

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

Booking form will be sent to you when dates agreed

Deposits and balance payments must be made by cheque.

DEPOSIT:

A 25% deposit payable on booking to reserve which is non-refundable, a £200 refundable breakage deposit also required, post dated for the day you arrive. This will be returned within 21 days upon satisfactory inspection by the agent.

BALANCE:

Balance or full payment must be made within 8 weeks from arrival date or we reserve the right to re-let
