Murcia is a thriving agricultural area blessed with a diversity of attributes including sunshine,blue flag beaches beautiful parks and imposing architecture.
The city is the cultural centre of the region with a fine Cathedral where you can enjoy classical concerts, two shopping malls which house some of our own high street brands such as Primark and JD sports, Museums,Theatre and Art Gallery.
There are Bodegas that you can visit and taste local wine or you can explore the Sierra Espuna National Park
The Gea Y Truyols area
La Torre championship Golf course is a 5 minute drive away. There are bars and restaurants here and an imposing clubhouse where you can wine, dine and meet up with friends.
Villa Martin and Campoamor Golf courses are but half an hour. You are placed in the centre of Golfing Valley with many more easily accessible courses.
La Manga Sports centre 45 minutes where you can see many international football teams in training.
The property is situated within a designated cycle circuit for cycling enthusiasts and there are many walking routes in the area.
There are local markets in Los Alcazares and San Javier where you can pick up a bargain from leather goods to hand made pottery.
Day trips include:
Terra Mitica in Bendiorm and exciting ancient civilisation themed adventure park with all the usual rides.
Mazzaron with its beautiful sandy beaches, a lovely drive through the hills.
Cartagena the ancient Roman City with its busy port and recently discovered Roman Amphitheatre
which is now open to the public.
Los Alcazares where you can take a boat across the Mar Menor Lagoon to the La Manga strip and bathe in the warmest waters of the Med.

Just returned from a two and a half week fantastic holiday at Villa Amalfi - We would highly recommend it. The Villa was clean, well equipped and maintained. It is located in a very quiet area. The pool is fantastic and nice quiet beaches are only 20 minutes away. We enjoyed a perfect holiday for a family with children. |
