This beautiful villa has 3 bedrooms with 3 en suite bathrooms seperate w/c, furnished to an exceptionally high standard and perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing break away in the sun.

The villa is set on a 1000 m2 plot with a private swimming pool and fantastic views across to the Mar Menor from the rear terrace. The villa comprises three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms.The third bedroom en-suite also has a bath. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons, ensuring that your holiday is as enjoyable as possible.

The lounge/diner is spacious, opening onto the rear covered terrace enabaling alfresco dining or enjoying the views over the surounding area.

The large mature garden affords lots of privacy with several seating areas and barbecue.

The villa is equipped with English sky TV including sports and air conditioning. For those cooler winter evenings there is a wood burning stove.

The villa is situated on an urbanisation of approximately 200 villas. There is a bar/restaurant offering fantastic food and entertainment within the urbanisation, together with a small convenience shop and gym.

This villa is perfect for those of you looking for either a family holiday or for golfers with several courses within 20 mins drive. The beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor are just 15 minutes drive away. Or alternatively you may decide to chill out around the pool and enjoy a relaxing break.

The Murcia region

The COSTA CALIDA has a beautiful climate and is recognised by the World Health organisation to be one of the healthiest places to live in the World. The coastline has some wonderful beaches and the Mar Menor is considered to be one of the safest places to bathe in Spain.

In recent years there has been an explosion of golf resorts and Murcia is now considered to be a golfers paradise with lots of courses available.

The city of Murcia is beautiful and has a wealth of history, particularly going back to Moorish times 1000 years ago.

Near to the city is the national park of Sierra Espuna, a wonderful recreational area which is very popular with walkers and cyclists alike.

The area boasts a wide choice of restaurants, which offer the best of both worlds - you can enjoy true Spanish cuisine or indeed if you prefer, there is a wide choice of international food available.

The Gea Y Truyols area

The villa is conveniently located on the COSTA CALIDA about half way between the old Moorish city of Murcia and the beaches of the Mar Menor. The Sierra Espuna national park is only 30 minutes away.

Los Alcazares, an old spa town situated on the Mar Menor, is only 15 minutes away. Here you can find many restaurants, both Spanish and international and in the summer months you can find plenty of opportunities for watersports.

Murcia is a delightful city and the historic area around the cathedral is not to be missed. You can while away the time in local cafes and restaurants, or if you prefer you can visit the Water Park and Zoo.

The Sierra Espuna national park is only 35 minutes away and is absolutely fantastic for those who love the great outdoors, be it walking or cycling!

Exit airport, continue straight on at roundabout,2.5 km at roundabout take 2nd exit onto AP7 on ramp to San Pedro, Balsicas, merge onto motorway,1.5 Km take exit 782 to merge onto C3319 towards Balsicas/Murcia, go through one roundabout go 19km and exit at the junction past the windmill, off the exit ramp take at the roundabout take the second exit, the service road exit prior to the exit to rejoin the motorway, continue alongside the motorway on the service road for 2 km, turn right into estate entrance.

“See You Next Year” This villa is absolutely gorgeous, set in a very peaceful location of Spain with beautiful views it really has it all. The villa inside is very spacious and is furnished to a very high standard. Each double bedroom has its own on-suite with plenty of towels to go round for the whole family. The garden and its pool is fab with loads of different spots to chill out and relax in during the day. Eating on the terrace of an evening under the stars is something very special indeed. The local managers who meet us on arrival were very friendly and made us feel most welcomed, nothing was too much trouble and would go out of their way to help. Glynis and Sid thank you very much for letting us stay at your beautiful home in the sun, this was one of the best holidays we've had and would thoroughly recommend your villa to anyone.
