The master suite has unparalleled views with a private terrace. Many outside areas and dining for 20+. Undulating landscape towards Africa and Alcornocales National Park.

10 minutes from the white washed village Gaucin. Sotogrande with its marina, deep sea fishing, polo fields and night life and world famous golf courses are all within easy reach as well as Tarifa, Morocco (30 minutes on a ferry), Ronda, Seville, Marbella

For those who want to be active Tennis, Golf, Polo, Riding, Yoga, Walking, Art, Photography, Detox and relax massages - they can all be organised.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

The house is situated in the countryside some 10 km from Gaucin - a traditional white washed 'pueblo' with charming village atmosphere, traditional shops and numerous restaurants and ventas.

San Pablo du Buciete is 5 km with railway station on scenic line from Algeceiras to Ronda - via the white villages and the Alcornocales National Park.

Ronda is 30 minutes away and is a famous for Roman remains, Bullfighting and Gorge.
Jerez the home of Sherry and the Spanish riding school is 2 hours away.

There are many festivals held throughout the year.

Gaucin area

Purchase your oranges from the orange groves nearby.

Visit the farmers market 1st Saturday of the month in Gaucin with the local artisan's wares. The fiesta in Gaucin in August runs for 4 days and nights.

The Jazz Festival in Jimena de la Frontera in early July.
Ronda Bull fighting 'The Goyesca' (in traditional costume) is in September.

Tarifa is world famous for the wild beaches and waves. The kite surfing and surfing is brilliant. Very nice clean Atlantic beaches N of Tarifa. Visit the Roman Ruins at Bologna.

Puerto Banus with its designer shops, restaurants and beach clubs is somewhere to go and watch and participate!

Sotogrande port with the marina can be enjoyed whilst sipping a drink in the numerous bars and restaurants.

Polo matches - the high goal season peaks with the Gold Cup mid August, great atmosphere, held in the evenings and late afternoons fun for all ages.

Riding available 5 minutes from La Colina

Walking with or without guides, bird watching on the way - walk to the Genal river - take a picnic - be at one with nature in this beautiful area.

How to get there

You can fly to either Gibraltar (40 minutes), Malaga (> 2 hrs) or Jerez. (> 2hrs).

Airlines: From UK - BA, Monarch, EasyJet & Ryanair.

Car is essential. If you arrive via Gibraltar, it is much easier to rent a car on the Spanish side (La Linea) - Crowne Car Hire are good.
