The house is a 3 bedroom townhouse with amazing views to Gibraltar and the mountains of Morrocco clearly visible on a clear day, the living room and main bedroom have floor to ceiling windows to accentuate the views. The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Gaucin is situated perfectly in the inland Malaga region near to Ronda a beautiful infamous Andalucian town. It is also close to the lovely beaches of the Costa del Sol, which while some have a bad reputation there are still plenty of beautiful beaches with great fish restaurants and typical Spanish atmosphere. Gaucin area

Gaucin is a famous Andalucian Pueblos Blanco or White Village, it is perched on a mountain overlooking the Genal Valley with spectacular views to the Mediterranean, rock of Gibraltar and the Rif Mountains of North Africa. It is overlooked by its Moorish castle and is a village of winding streets lined with white washed houses with traditional wrought iron balconies It is of particular interest to walkers and birdwatchers being surrounded by three national parks Sierras de las Nieves, los Alcornocales and Grazalema. However with its good network of motorways Ronda, Seville, Granada and Cordoba are all within easy reach.

The house has 2 bedrooms with king size beds, one small room with twin single beds, a main bathroom and one of the king size rooms has an en suite shower room. The open plan living,dining and kitchen has all necessary facilities and is a beautiful light airy room with simple but tasteful furnishings. All rooms have terracotta flooring with rugs. There is plenty of storage space. All bed linens, towels and pool towels are provided. There is a weekly change of linens and cleaning.

There is a private terrace with views to the open countryside with the sea, rock of Gibraltar and Morrocco. It has a shaded area with seating for 12 people and a large table. Steps down to the shared pool with another sun terrace and 4 sun loungers, table and seating with another shaded area.
The pool is shared with 2 other properties and is saline filtered with steps leading into a shallow part.


Further details

The house is as most Spanish townhouses on 3 different levels with tiled steps between which means that if you are unsure about children or the elderly it may not be suitable, however if you are careful it should be fine, please ask at time of enquiry.

There is a property manager living 2 minutes away and is able to help with all requests or problems. A meet and greet service is provided. A food package can be provided for late or Sunday arrivals. Any other requests just ask we will try to facilitate any reasonable requests.
