This beautiful villa is situated on a mountainside hence the views over Gata de Gorgos. The villa is ideally situated straight opposite the communal pool, so you can relax and unwind while the kids have fun in the pool within viewing distance from the villa.
The villa is a modern spacious villa consisting of 1 double room and 2 twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are on two levels the master bedroom being on the upper floor with private terrace overlooking the garden and the view, it has a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There is also a twin bedroom on this level overlooking the front garden.The mezanine level has a further twin bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have ample storage and fans, the lower bedroom and bathroom also have traditional metal rejas installed for added security and peace of mind for the parents. The ground floor has a large lounge / diner which is stylishly furnished and is light and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is a utility area complete with washing machine and ironing facilities. From the lounge area there is a lovely naya (covered terrace) where you can escape the heat of the sun, the villa and gardens are south facing. Flexible change over days.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca is truly a beautiful place with many wonderful places to see and visit. There are many local towns to visit within easy reach of the villa such as Moraira, Altea and Calpe. The fantastic theme parks of Terramitica, Terranatura and the water world of Aqualandia near Benidorm and Alicante are well worth a visit as is the Oceanographics near Valencia. The city of Valencia is only 40 minutes away by train so why not take a trip there for the day while visiting the area, it is a lovely city and very vibrant. The city of Alicante is also worth a visit and it only 1 hours drive away, with is wonderful beaches and also many shops in which to browse.
Gata de Gorgos / Gata Residencial area
Denia and Javea are located on the northern Costa Blanca, this is a truly beautiful part of Spain with its rugged coast line and wonderful mountains and lush landscape. The beautiful cosmopolitan resort of Denia (15 mins away) has long sandy beaches which do not get crowed even in the height of the summer. The newly built marina is a great place to dine during the day or night. Its a great places to just sit and have a drink in the sunshine while admiring the beautiful yachts bobbing around on the med. Denia itself has many restaurants in which to enjoy all types of cuisine to suite all pallets and pockets. Alternatively you can visit the local fish market and buy the catch of the day, return to the comfort of your own villa to BBQ, while admiring the twinkling lights in the distance and the peaceful warm summer evenings...perfect. In the main streets of Denia you will find some wonderful shops in which to browse. Javea is also a beautiful coastal resort and again there are wonderful restaurants and shops in which to wonder, particularly in the old town and port. There are many restaurants to visit locally too in Gata de Gorgos & Pedreguer (just a couple of minutes away). It truly is a wonderful area.
How to get there
The villa could not be easier to get to, we give detailed directions from both Alicante and Valencia airports straight to the door of the villa.
* From Alicante airport you head north to the northern Costa Blanca, via the AP -7 toll road. * From Valencia airport you head south to the northern Costa Blanca, again via the AP- 7 toll road. * Car hire - we can organise car hire for you before you depart with Goldcar rentals so the car is ready and waiting for you, when you arrive. * Keys - the keys to the villa are sent to you through the post so you have them with you when you arrive. We have found this to be very successful as it removes the stress and pressure incase of a delay, as you do not have to be at an office for a certain time before they close to collect the villa keys. * At the time of sending detailed directions we also send you a list of emergency telephone numbers in case of any problems on your journey such as taking a wrong turning and getting lost, although this is unlikely as the directions are very detailed but the numbers are there if needed so you know you are not alone.

Further details indoors: The villa is light and modern and was built around 2004, all the furniture and soft furnishings are modern and stylish. The villa has all modern conveniences. Good quality linen is provided, if your stay is for 2 weeks or more then the linen is changed at the end of the first week. The villa is very well equipped, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday.
Further details outdoors: The summer climate here in Spain is perfect for outdoor living and with this villa you can really enjoy the out doors day or night . There is plenty of garden around the villa and you could not be closer to the communal pool. The pool is right outside your garden, so ideal for families with children. The kids can enjoy meeting other kids in the pool while the adults can relax in the garden knowing that they are not far away if needed. You will find a large BBQ and dining for 6 people under the covered terrrace to give shade from the heat of the sun. The villa is set on the mountainside and therefore there are steps up to the villa but nothing to give a problem to able bodied people. The gardens are landscaped and are lovely complete with palm tree. With the views and the peaceful location you are sure to have a wonderful holiday.
