Set in its own enclosed and secure grounds the villa is constructed over three levels and furnished to a very high standard. It has one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
There are impressive mountain and sea views and the balcony off the master bedroom serves as a great setting for evening drinks.
Our beautiful holiday villa is set in a large, superbly landscaped garden. Arranged on different levels with tiled sun terraces offering superb sea and mountain views.
Local shops and supermarkets are a 5 minute drive from the villa. 'Monroes's Carvery' an English style restaurant and adjacent Pub are also within a 5 minute drive.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Northern Costa Blanca lies between Alicante in the south and Denia in the north. Not surprisingly it is one of Spain's premier tourist areas with a warm climate, beautiful beaches and attractive coastal towns. Inland there are fabulous mountain views and quaint, unchanged villages to explore. The lovely, sophisticated cities of Alicante and Valencia are within easy reach by car or even by train. This is an area which has something for everyone.
The beautiful Arenal beach at Javea is an easy 10km drive (about 15minutes). A safe sandy beach spotted with palm trees which lines a lovely crescent shaped bay and escorted by a long curving esplanade which has many varied cafes, bars and restaurants. In the high season colourful, lively craft and gift markets are held in the evenings along the beach front. A weekly market is held every Thursday morning near the old town.
The port area of Javea, situated near the old town, is an easy 1 km drive along the coast road from the Arenal, running parallel to a pebble beach and passing a number of inviting beach front bars and restaurants. The port area itself is well worth a visit with many bars and restaurants overlooking the beach and harbour entrance. This is a great place to watch the world go by, dream about the yachts and powerboats coming and going from the port and when the waves are right, watch the activities of the surfing set over a drink or a meal.
The town of Denia has good quality shops, lively bars and restaurants and is also about a 15 minute drive from the villa. This is a lively cosmopolitan town with good beaches, a port and lovely modern marina. There are frequent pleasure boat departures, offering trips to towns along the coast, from the port during high season.
Moraira, about a 25 minute drive away and well worth a visit, is a lovely seaside town which has retained the character of a fishing village alongside modern bars and restaurants. There is a small port and good sandy beaches. The large market which takes place in the main car park on a Friday is a good place to buy the locally produced fruit and vegetables. Among the varied stalls you can browse for mementos of your holiday and gifts to take home.
A 15 minute drive along the narrow and winding Lliber road with its stunning views will take you to the town of Jalon, which is a great place to taste the locally produced wines in the bodegas and from which to explore the Jalon Valley.
For the golfers amongst you there are three Golf Clubs nearby. The closest, La Sella Golf Club is based at the Marriott Hotel Resort which can be seen from the Villa. Javea Golf Club is about 15 minutes drive away located outside Javea on the way to Moraira. A slightly longer drive to the north will take you to the Oliva Nova Golf Club.
Walking and cycling are popular in the surrounding countryside. There is no better place in the local area for walking than the Montgo Natural Park, situated about 10 minutes drive away below the Montgo Mountain and near to Javea town.
If you are looking for something a bit livelier, Benidorm with its nightlife, is only a 30 minute drive away. Just outside Benidorm, you will find the Terra Mitica Theme Park, Terra Natura animal park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar sea animal park, all near Benidorm and about a 30-35 minute drive to the south along the AP7 toll road. Book tickets online to get good discounts and bypass entrance queues.
Gata de Gorgos / Gata Residencial area
Gata de Gorgos is a typical Spanish Town which is famous for its wicker and cane ware, furniture and baskets and is situated in the Northern Costa Blanca region. The town is less than 2km from the villa and has several good and reasonably priced restaurants.
There is a small weekly market on Friday morning in Gata where you can purchase locally produced fruit and vegetables.
There is a very good MasyMas supermarket just 5 minutes drive away which sells a wide range of local products and also offer items commonly found in the British kitchen.
Nearby at Ondarra, about 10 minutes drive from the villa there is a modern shopping mall 'El Portal de La Marina' which, in addition to a large supermarket and multiple retail units has a number of restaurants, 10 Pin Bowling alleys and Cinemas with the option of listening to the soundtrack in English.

Further details indoors: On the lower level of the villa there is a spacious open plan lounge-diner with French doors leading into a covered terrace (naya). The lounge is comfortably furnished with seating for 6 people.
The dining table can easily accommodate 6 people. There is a 32" flat screen TV which receives UK TV via satellite, including sports channels and digital radio channels.
There is a top quality Cinema Surround / Hi Fi System with i-Pod dock, DVDs and CDs. This is a great place to wind down, even further, in the evening.
The villa has one double and two twin bedrooms, all of which have large built-in wardrobes and chests of drawers. On the upper level the master bedroom has twin beds, a fully equipped en suite bathroom and dressing area. French doors lead out to a balcony with impressive mountain and sea views and serves as a great setting for evening drinks. The second bedroom, with double bed, is also on the upper level.
The third bedroom, with twin beds, is on the mid-level adjacent to the shower room which is fitted with shower, wash basin and WC.
Kitchen / Utility Area We want such time as you spend in the kitchen to be as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. To this end, the extensively equipped kitchen comes with all the basic, but good quality essentials you might need. In addition to a built-in electric oven with a gas hob there is also a good quality Panasonic combination grill / microwave / oven, dishwasher, American style fridge-freezer and temperature controlled wine cabinet together with a comprehensive range of small electrical items.
A glazed door leads to an enclosed outside laundry area fitted with a useful laundry sink and washing machine. An external door leads out to the adjacent area of herb garden
Further details outdoors: Well planted growing areas and retaining walls add interest and character. The lovely, private, 8x4m pool is set in another impressive sun terrace which has views over orange groves in the valley floor and beyond to Javea and the sea. From here, on clear days, Ibiza can be seen out to sea.
A barbecue is provided for outdoor cooking. Good quality sun loungers and two large parasols (on wheeled bases) are provided for relaxation and to maximise your outdoor comfort. The sizes and the positions of the sun terraces allow you to chase the sun or seek the shade throughout the day.

Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required within 10 days of the booking being confirmed. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date together with a refundable deposit of £150 per booking against significant breakages.
For bookings within 6 weeks of arrival date, full payment is required at the time of the booking. Payment by cheque please, details will be provided at time of booking confirmation.
The price quoted includes full use of the facilities and all cleaning and laundry charges. A welcome pack is provided at the start of your holiday.
Changeover Day.
Wherever possible we will operate a flexible arrival/departure policy to allow guests greater freedom of choice in their travel arrangements.
Arrival after 3pm and departures by 10am please. There will be a representative to meet you when you arrive at the villa who will provide you with the keys. (Arrivals after 6pm may incur a small charge)
Holidays of 2 weeks include a mid holiday linen change.
