From the 2 storey entrance hallway, access to the 40m2 main living area is via double glazed doors. This room consists of a Tosca arch dining area and sitting room, which has a 'feature' wood burner fireplace and 2 ceilings fans. There are 3 large sofas with seating for 7 and a large dining room table with seating for 6. There is a 32" TV and DVD. Double French doors leads you to a large covered naya with ceiling fan that has fantastic views to the mountain and sea.
Directly from the naya, you can access the modern kitchen, consisting of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs and a full range of fitted wall and base units. From here there is the utility room with washing machine, ironing facilities and fitted units, which also has access to the hallway where there is a guest cloakroom with wash-hand basin and toilet.
A few steps up at the mezzanine floor there are two large comfortable bedrooms, one with a double and the another with two singles. Both have fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a family bathroom, consisting of a bath with shower over and glass shower screen, a wash-hand basin and a separate toilet.
The master suite resides on the top floor, with its own dressing area and fully fitted double wardrobe. This is a spacious double bedroom with ceiling fan and patio doors leading out to a large private balcony with the mountain and sea views. It naturally has an en suite bathroom, consisting of a bath with shower over and glass shower screen, a walk-in shower, a wash-hand basin and separate toilet with bidet.

There is a carport with a path that leads to the covered entrance door.
The large covered naya, offering fantastic views of the surrounding valley to the Mediterranean Sea, comes with 2 tables, 7 chairs and 4 sun loungers.
The ample 2 tier terracing is set in mature landscaped gardens and comes with an 8 x 4 metre private swimming pool with Roman end steps.

• A 20% deposit and signed contract is required to secure the booking.

• Evidence of smoking, pets or tampering with the villa and its contents shall result in immediate forfeit of the damage deposit.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Northern Costa Blanca is a very pleasant part of Spain where you can combine relaxation and places to see and visit that are within easy reach of the villa. Many well-known towns are worth visiting: Moraira, Altea and Calpe with their beautiful beaches.
• Also, do not miss the lively and vibrant city of Valencia, which is only 1 hours drive away.
• In Benidorm, there is Terra Natura, an animal park, the water world of Aqualandia.
• Alicante is only 1 hour drive away with its fantastic beaches and shops.
The villa is located between the famous towns of Javea and Denia in the Costa Blanca.
The historical town of Javea is only 15 minutes drive away, located at the base of the Montgo natural park. Javea has a market every Thursday morning in the old town as are many fiestas throughout the year.
The ‘Arenal’ is a sandy beach with an esplanade and plenty of restaurants that overlook the sea. The Port with its pebble beach and clear, blue water also has restaurants worth visiting.
Denia, about 15 minutes drive from the villa, is a beautiful cosmopolitan town that has many fiestas throughout the year, with some great parades and firework. This lively old town has its castle, port, a famous fish market, where you can buy the catch of the day, and on Monday mornings there is a general market. There are long sandy beaches and a great selection of bars, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The marina is a great place to have lunch, dinner or simply a drink in the sunshine whilst looking at the luxury yachts.
Denia offers ferries to the Balearic islands of Mallorca, Ibiza, Menora and Formentera.
If you like wine, why not to try the locally produced wines of Jalon and Orba, including the famous Moscatel.
For all you fellow golfers out there:
• La Sella Golf Club: an 18 hole course near the village of Jesus Pobre designed by Jose Maria Olazábal
• Javea Golf Club: a 9 hole course in Moraira and Javea
• Oliva Nova Golf Club: an 18 hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros
Both Javea and La Sella Clubs have tennis and squash courts.
The Gata de Gorgos / Gata Residencial area
If you prefer food from closer to home, the Monroe’s Carvery is a British style restaurant located just at the entrance of Monte Pedreguer, offering lunch/dinner and live entertainment several nights a week.
A ‘MAS y MAS’ supermarket is less than 5 minutes drive for your food shopping needs.
A large shopping centre called 'La Marina' is only 5 minutes drive away in Ondara.
Also, just 5 minutes drive are the local lively Spanish villages of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos, with their shops, bars, restaurants and weekly markets. Additionally, Gata de Gorgos is known for its basketing, wickerwork, furniture and objects in cane and bamboo and also for its grapes and almonds.
Furthermore, Gata has a railway station from where you can reach Denia in the north and Alicante and beyond in the south.

Gata Residencial is situated mid-way between Valencia and Alicante.
• From Valencia airport, head south towards Alicante on the AP-7 toll road, taking the Denia exit.
