The area still retains its local Spanish culture with many Fiestas & celebrations during the year. Various shops, bars and restaurants can be found close by and the airports of Valencia & Alicante are approximately 1 hour’s drive via the excellent A7 motorway. Nearby there is a superb 18 hole course at the Marriott, La Sella complex, which has excellent amenities for all golf enthusiasts. There are more clubs in Javea, Oliva and Ondara, which are all worth visiting

There are many world-class tourist attractions nearby, including Terra Mitica theme park in Benidorm, some of Europe's largest marine parks, many excellent safari parks, waterfalls and beautiful beaches such as those at Javea, Altea and Calpe.
Gata de Gorgos / Gata Residencial area
There are many things to do & see in the local area including, golf, fishing, tennis, horse riding, wind surfing, climbing & lots more. The local villages of Pedreguer & Gata de Gorgos are just over 5 mins drive. These are both traditional Spanish villages with a selection of shops, bars & restaurants.
Less than 5 minutess drive takes you to Monroe’s Carvery, an English style restaurant, which also provides live entertainment several nights a week. Within 5 minutes drive there is a good sized MAS Y MAS supermarket. This offers an excellent selection of Spanish products along with recognised British, Dutch & German branded groceries. Freshly baked bread & pastries are available daily.

Further details indoors: The luxury accommodation is on three levels. The upper level has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, large dressing area and private sun terrace with two further bedrooms and bathroom on the middle floor. A spacious lounge with open fire, separate fitted kitchen, utility room and WC are all situated on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a king size bed, with singles in the others. The spacious lounge diner has two large leather sofas and a dining suite for six people.
The television has various local and 24 Sky uk channels, including sport, news, various movie and main terrestrial stations. There is also a DVD player and Hi-Fi unit with a selction of movies and CDs.
Further details outdoors: Villa Karena is built on a private plot of 635 square meters over 3 levels. The 8 x 4 metre pool and large sun terrace is located on the lowest level and equipped with 7 loungers and 2 parsols. The naya has a large outdoor dining table and 6 chairs. The garden is well stocked, laid to gravel and is regulary maintained. A barbecue is provided for the use of our guests.

The rental rates include all gas and electricity. Bed linen and towels for bathroom use is included (please bring your own pool and beach towels). A 25% deposit is required on booking and a £150 refundable damage deposit which will be returned (minus any deductions if applicable) after the property has been inspected and within 7 days of vacating the villa.
