This fully air conditioned townhouse is located within an enclosed resort, offering 2 swimming pools and a toddlers pool. The resort is quiet, well kept and close to bars and restaurants. The property is fully equipped and benefits from Sky Tv and Air Conditioning. The bedrooms consist of one double and a twin and the lounge has 2 fold down rigid sofa beds. The complex is fully enclosed as are the pools which make it ideal and secure for families with young children. All bed linen and towels are provided within the rental rates and changed weekly. Full on site maintenance in the unlikely event of anything going wrong.

The fishing village of Garrucha is full of fantastic Seafood Restaurants all tempting you to try todays "catch". Along the beautiful tree lined promenade you can enjoy a lovely walk and maybe even pop in to a real Spanish bar for that well earnt drink!
Garrucha also holds a market every Friday where the locals will be tempting you with their bargains.
Close to Fuentemar is the Vera Aqua Park where all the family can enjoy whizzing down the flumes or perhaps just enjoying the wave machines.
For all you keen golfers, the fantastic World Renowned Desert Springs Golf Course is just 10 minutes drive away. The course is quite simply fantastic and will be one of the best you will ever play. The clubs facilities are second to none with sumptuos surroundings with an excellent choice of food and beverages
Approximately 15 minutes drive away is the lively town of Mojacar.It has an idyllic mix of sugar-cubed whitewashed buildings,with its cobbled winding streets and beautiful Moorish architecture. The main square looks across to the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada mountains and is filled with street cafes, bars, boutiques and shops.

Further details outdoors: Located within the complex are 2 swimming pools and a toddlers pool.Most properties within the complex are draped in flowers and the fragrances are simply gorgeous! An exciting water park is about 5 minutes drive away with all the usual chutes and flumes. Bars, restaurants and banks are all very close by as are supermarkets. Cycling, Golf and Horse riding are also all close by.
