Home description

Privately owned, maintained, loved, and of a very high standard.

The complex is very secure. A security fence circles the whole complex, the only entrance is with the security key which is only issued to owners and holiday clients. A security guard also patrols the complex between 17:00 hours and 08:00 hours. In addition there is another fence around the swimming pool thus ensuring young children cannot wander into the pool area.

Situated overlooking the huge ornate swimming pool and small children’s play area. With the bonus of a private sun terrace and garden, furnished with garden furniture and sun beds.

The interiors are equipped with modern furnishing washing machines, microwaves, full oven, fridge freezers, and all necessary utensils, dining table, also sat TV, and most with Video players. A double sofa bed in the lounge, which sleeps two. Also on the lower level is the downstairs shower room and toilet. The stairs lead up to the 1st floor, which consists of - one double bedroom with private patio area over looking the pool and one twin bedroom, along with an additional bathroom and shower.

This peaceful location has no through traffic and is therefore very safe for children. Set around the complex are a selection of shops, supermarkets, two tennis courts, a bank, a roast chicken take-away and numerous family friendly bars and restaurants of every nationality.Also for a small charge the use of the leisure club nearby, with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gymnasium. The facilities consist of a huge ornate swimming pool, which runs the length of the entire complex.

The pool is maintained daily; there are sun-beds placed around the pool for your use during the peak seasons; there is also a separate children’s pool and play area, all surrounded by sun terraces, gardens and a large fountain.

The long sandy beach is just a 5-minute stroll away - it stretches for miles and is never crowded. This area is also a designated nature reserve and an award winning blue flag beach.

The Costa de Almeria region

Almeria is an area steeped in Andalucian tradition, with the historic villages of Mojacar, Turre, Vera, Los Gallardos and Garrucha all close by. Almost the entire coast between Mojacar and Almeria is covered by the Cabo de Gata National Park - an extensive area of sand dunes, wetlands and salt marshes serving as a breeding ground for some eighty species of birds and migrants, including flamingos and storks. Many other towns/villages are well worth a drive through the stunning mountain scenery.


Garrucha area

The fishing village of Garrucha is about a twenty-minute stroll along the promenade from the complex.
Here you can relax in one of the many fresh fish restaurants and watch the local fishermen as they arrive with their daily catch.

Many amenities are to be found in Garrucha - restaurants, bars, shops and an amazing weekly day and evening markets. Just a few minutes drive along the coast from Garrucha is the lively resort of Mojacar Beach - here you will find water sports and many restaurants, bars and shops.

A drive up into the mountains brings you to the typically Andalucian Mojacar Village which is full of old historical buildings and a beautiful church to explore. With shops selling traditional antiques and jewellery, restaurants with typical Andalucian cooking and tapas bars all set amongst the cobbled lanes.

Within a short distance you will find the new Aqua Park with its slides, water shoots and pools - a great day out for all the family. Boat/fishing trips, horse riding, a micro light flight, a visit to the Caves of Sorbas, or Mini-Hollywood (a wild-west town deep in the mountains) are just some of the trips you may wish to take.
