"Mas la Bretonnière"

The house is about 200 square meters. There are four rooms, with beds for 8 persons. Two bathrooms, one with double sink and shower the other with a sink and bathtub / shower. There are two separate toilets. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, oven and microwave. Fridge with freezer. Covered patio with large table and barbecue table / outdoor kitchen, and a French barbecue on wheels.

Utility room with washing machine, freezer and a small refrigerator.
Living room with 32 "LCD TV, DVD, dining table and sofa, lots of books. Fast Internet via power supply adapter.
There is a phone - it's free call to landlines in Europe. Calls to mobile phones cost money; any compensation must be settled subsequently.


There are two dining areas, one on the terrace overlooking the pool and the other with a large round table and chairs.

Price per week in high season EUR 1100, - up to 8 people. Compulsory final cleaning: EUR 60, - which is paid directly to the cleaning lady. Rental price includes the consumption of electricity, gas and water.
The house must be delivered in good condition. The tenant must bring their own bedding and towels.

Uzès, a wonderful medieval town, which is beautifully restored.
Many opportunities for bicycle and car trips in addition to canoeing on the Gardon. You can paddle under the Pont du Gard!

Very popular market in Uzès every Saturday in the Place aux Herbes, in addition to many good restaurants and music festival in the summer.
