For your holiday we can offer you 3 beautiful apartment types. They are all spacious, bright and welcoming, with a country house furniture and every comfort. With sitting, working, living and sleeping nooks and fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes with coffee and water dispenser.

With Sat/TV- and internet! All living rooms have large balconies with stunning mountain views. Upon request we offer a rich alpine breakfast.


In our cozy, rustic fireplace lounge, we offer on request, a scrumptious breakfast of alpine heimieschen products:

homemade jam

butter and cheese from local service

meat and sausages from our DIY butcher, Peter Strasser

bread and rolls from our bakery and confectionery "Ruehl"

We will set a simple standard breakfast out for you as well. Socializing, playing cards, as well as bridge rounds make up for bad weather days here.

Parking: Parking is on the property, at the house. A garage is available on request. Bicycles can be parked in the yard or in the basement. A closed locker for drying and for skis is also available.

The Bavaria/Bayern region


If you come by car from Munich, make sure that you take the tunnel before Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the right lane towards "Garmisch" (Fern Pass, Reutte, Grainau). This way you get easily through the Marienplatz to us in the Zugspitzstrasse.

Coming from the west on the A7 motorway, via Reutte and Ehrwald, you come straight into the Zugspitzstrasse and to us. Our house is only accessible via the Zugspitzstrasse.

In the Zugspitzstrasse is an ESSO station at which you turn right or left, before or after. Depending on which direction you come from. While in the middle dead end "Am Kreuzsteg" to the end to our house with the number 4.
