This bright apartment very comfortably receives up to four people in one of the best locations of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Location and Surroundings:

The holiday home "Alps Panorama" is located in a very quiet district of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Nested in the foothills of the Wettersteingebirge mountain, the residence affords incomparable views of the Alps. The home offers tastefully furnished three-room apartments that have been granted four stars by the DTV: an ideal vacation hideout.

A short walk in the vicinity of the house quickly provides access to a bakery, a butcher, a fruits market, and a pastry shop/cafe. A drugstore, supermarket, and bus stop are not far either. Even the hiking paths and nature trails are within an easy reach. A ten-minute walk with your children get you to the Loisach amusement park (lake, soccer, volleyball, adventure playground, grass). Downtown is also a ten-minutes walk away.

Skiing

Oberstdorf is a perfect place for skiing in Winter with access to many different ski areas to chose from. You can get a "Kurkarte" for 2 Euros per night. With this one you can use the Skibus (a shuttle) to the lifts for free. The shuttle stop is located about 3-4 minutes from the apartment. Please ask for exact location of the shuttle stop when you arrive and the owner will provide directions. Depending on which ski area you like you need about 5 to 15 minutes to get there.

Directions:

If you are traveling on A95 between Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, stay until the end of the highway and continue on Route 2 for Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

After the tunnel, turn immediately right towards Grainau/Reute and stay on this main road which later turn into Zugspitzstraße. Pass two gas stations (OMV and Esso) and the Sixt car rental.

Just after the car rental, get off Zugspitzstraße and turn right into Archstraße. Then take the first left into Brandstraße and you've reached the Alps Panorama holiday home.

Arrival:

Please plan for an arrival between 3 and 6 p.m., and to get straight to the vacation apartment. When you have reached it, call us and we'll immediately welcome you, hand you your keys, and answer any questions you might have.
