Villa St Pascal is a spacious, single storey house with a lovely pool, terrace and large mature garden. It has a tranquil, private, location just 2km from the small Provencal village of Gargas.
One of the best features of this villa is the location. It's built in a high position with good views and is close to all the well-known villages of the Luberon Regional Park.
With a living surface are of 100 m² there is plenty of space here for up to six people. Inside, the property is very well designed and furnished with cool tiled floors, a large and comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms.
If you visit during the summer months, you'll probably spend most of your time outside enjoying the pool or perhaps sipping a glass of chilled wine out on the shaded terrace.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Vaucluse region
The winding roads of the Luberon, with spectacular views, are great to explore and you'll find loads of picturesque villages (Gordes, Menerbes, Maubec) on the doorstep.
There are various weekly markets at the surrounding local villages, and the larger town of Apt is only 10 minutes away.
There's loads to do and see in the area; St Remy-de-Provence, famous for its Roman architecture, Les Baux with its ruined castle and unique rock formations, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, famous as an antique centre and market. Also within easy reach are Pont du Gard, Avignon with the Palace of the Popes, Marseille with its famous waterfront, the Amphitheatre at Nimes and the cultured avenues of Aix-en-Provence.
If activity is your thing, this area is perfect for climbing, cycling, mountain biking, trekking, golf, tennis and swimming.
Gargas area
The village of Gargas (2km from the Villa) is typically Provencal and has a small selection of shops, including a boulangerie for your morning croissant!
The town of Apt (10 mins away) is well worth a visit, and has a good selection of cafés and restaurants

Further details indoors: The interior is neatly decorated to give a light, airy feel. The traditional, yet stylish, style continues throughout the house, providing a truly welcoming atmosphere.
With three bedrooms and a spacious living area, (includes satellite TV), there's loads of space for six people. French doors from the lounge to the terrace flood the main living area withlight during the day.
The fully-fitted kitchen has pretty much everything that you'll need. There's also a separate laundry room, containing a washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.
Further details outdoors: During the summer, you'll proably spend most of your time outside on the private shaded terrace. The supplied furniture and BBQ allows you to take full advantage of the beautiful summer evenings!
You'll have your own 9m x 4m alarmed swimming pool.
All of this is set in a large lawned garden, planted with numerous trees and shrubs.
Further details
The owner arranges end-of-stay cleaning, and will ask for a fee of 80 Euros to cover this.
The owner requests a damage deposit of 800 Euros on arrival and this will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, less the replacement cost of any breakages.
