The four houses will suit a larger group/family who want to spend the holiday together, but not necessarily being "on top of each other" at all times.
All four houses restored with high quality, functionability and good taste in mind, all with Ipod Docking station/stereo, and free 24/7 internet access. All very well equipped, including feather pillows/duvets for the cold seasons
All amenities, restaurants, bars and the beach are within a very short walking distance. The village of Peschici is alive all year around with it's 4.500 inhabitants, and the good summer weather can be expected to last from April to late October.

The Puglia/Molise region
Areas surrounding the village of Peschici include a National park with hills reaching up to 1.000 m. Only a 5 min. walk through the old town to a wonderful sandy beach. Excellent area for fishing, diving, hiking, off-road bicycling and boat excursions. Enchanting village, with many excellent restaurants, a daily produce market and a full assortment of shops.
The Garganic Peninsula is listed on an exclusive list of cultural heritage areas of Europe. Covering religion, arts, handicrafts, biology, zoology and folkloristic heritage. More than 300 specimens of orchids are found here, and more than 2000 zoological species that are unique to the area.
The climate is warm (northern european summer temperature) normally between 15th April until the end of October.
Gargano / Peschici area
Being protected by the Holy St Elia, the village has its major religious spectacle in the period between 17th and 22nd July, but you will find both this village and the surrounding villages in celebrating both their own and any catholic or worldly celebrity at any occasion throughout the year. In fact you would find it hard not to find any spectacle of cultural, populist or religious celebration going on in the summer season in this region.

How to get there
Ryanair, flying to Rome, Bologna and Naples (3 - 4 hours drive) or Pescara or Bari (2,5 hours drive), Myair, Easyjet and Volareweb also frequent the airports nearby, including Foggia (1,5) hours drive in the summer season.

Further details indoors: All four houses that make up this unit have been carefully restored and furnished within the last couple of years, equipped with all modern equipment and facilities, with all electrical wiring and tubing completely up to date. Sitting 15+ people for lunch/dinner at the same time would mean meeting at the two biggest houses, La Rondinaia or Mirapoli. A short Description of the four houses:
La Rondinaia: Approx 100 m², three rooms, a large kitchen, two cliffhanging, seaview balconies (one with outdoor shower) and 25 m² roof terrace with 180 degrees seaview. Comfortable for 6, but also good for 8 good friends. One bathroom plus the outdoor shower. Washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.
Nido Aurora: Approx 60 m², two rooms (one with mezzanine) plus large kitchen, two seaview balconies and approx 15 m² roof terrace with seaview. Comfortable for 4 but also good for 6. One bathroom. Washing machine and dishwasher.
Mirapoli: Approx 85 m², three double bedrooms (one with tower-beds) all with seaview balconies, two bathrooms, separate washing room with washing machine/dryer, combined kitchen/sitting room with direct acces to 35 m² roof terrace with 180 degrees seaview. Comfortable for 6 but also good for 8.
Topolina: Approx 38 m², one double bedroom, one combined kitchen/sittingroom with double sofabed, one bathroom.
Further details outdoors: The Peninsula of Gargano and the coastal line is "packed" with religious, historic, botanical , zoologial and cultural treasures, to which you can make excursions, privately or in organized groups (in season).
The village of Peschici itself would satisfy all age groups; small enough to let kids from 10 and upwards stroll around, and leaving their parents at ease in doing so, bars and discos (out of hearing distance from all four houses) for the youngsters and good family ice cream/-bars, restaurants and pizzerias in walking distance. The beach is a cosy walk down through the ancient stairways through the Historical Centre, and the beaches hold the finest white sand imaginable and crystal clear water.

The rent will reflect how many of the houses you occupy as a group, more than the actual number of people.
Other than summer/peak season you can obtain discount for stays more than one week.
Conditions
A 20% deposit of the agreed lease is required to confirm a lease.
Final cleaning and the use of beach towels, towels and linen to be paid in addition to agreed lease, locally on departure.
Cleaning on a regular basis while you are there can be arranged.

Hi Anita We had a fantastic time! La Rondinaia is simply glorious and I miss it desperately! - your pictures really don’t do it justice and for once we were amazed and so delighted that the house was even more beautiful than we had expected. Peschici in August was perfect for the young ones who loved the freedom of being able to cruise safely around the buzzing streets into the quite small hours while Justin and I whiled away time on the terrace or lingered in this or that restaurant. We had a wonderful week in Peschici in your house by the sea. My mother who has never lived close to the sea thought it was one of the best places she has ever been. Unlike many other areas we have been to this one has not been so overrun by tourists that the local people have disappeared. The town and all the local people were easy to come in contact with even though we did not speak the same language we managed somehow. This must be one of the wonders of the world! Our two families, kids and parents, just had the best total holiday experience, with the convenience of all the facilities of the house, as well as the closeness to all the everyday needs and beach and restaurants. Still so detached physically from it all on the cliff. Our only problem was communicating with the locals, so before our next visit we will have to take a course in italian, but we really appreciate all the help you gave us on our way in interpeting, when needed.
