Originally a forester's cottage, Tyddyn y Coed sits in an idyllic position with views over Coed-y-Brenin forest park and towards the spectacular mountain of Cadair Idris.
Hand built kitchen painted in Farrow and Ball with complementing Laura Ashley blinds and views to woodland. Dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker and hob, microwave and fridge freezer all included. Quarry tiled floor.
Dual aspect living room / diner with wood flooring and views to woodland. This cosy room includes an oak beamed fireplace with a log burner and solid oak floors. Two and three seater leather sofas and footstool along with a Flat Screen Satellite TV, DVD player, DVD library and a book library. Dining table and chairs at the other end of the room.
Entrance/Hallway - Large porch area with seating leading in to inner hallway with quarry tiled floor, storage under stair cupboards, book case and oak stairway rising to first floor. Roman blinds and photo images of the area compliment the décor.
Bedroom 1 - Double bedroom painted in a soothing pastel paint palette with complementing cream furniture. 2000 pocket sprung mattress and an electric blanket. 32 inch TV with Satellite connection. Draw and wardrobe storage and views to Coed-y-Brenin Forest and River.

Bedroom 3 - Single bedroom is decorated in a similar style to bedroom 2. Metal cream Laura Ashley daybed with quality mattress and views to woodland at rear.

"Gorgeous family and dog friendly cottage and garden"
