A beautiful apartment in a great resort! It is spacious and equipped with all you need to make your holiday as comfortable and pleasant as possible. There is a big terrace with view to the sea, and to the mountains. The terrace has table and chairs for seating 6 people, and two sunbeds.
El Eden, located just 400m from the beach, is a big resort ideal for your beach holidays. Relax in one of the 5 swimming pools (kids' pool and adult pool) and jacuzzis that the building has. Enjoy a barbecue with all your family al fresco. Play tennis and paddle, and after that, go to the sauna for a break. In winter, relax your bodies swimming in the heated pool (stil under construction) or go to the gym that El Eden has for their customers. There is also playground with swings for your children.

Gandia beach is the popular part of Valencia with a beautiful sandy beach, port and yacht club. The length of the beach is of 3 km from the yatch club to the end of the beach. Gandia is divided between the beach and the city (The city is 3km from the beach and harbour). Gandia town has excellent shopping facilities, historical city centre with a big cathedral and a palace with an important history. It is connected to the beach with a bus service each 15 minutes early morning until late evening all the year round. There is connection to Valencia city by train from the rail Station.
In Valencia, you can enjoy the most modern Art and Science Museum of Europe, as well as the Sceneografic aquarium, where you can admire all the kind of fishes of the world.
You are just 60 minutes from the Alicante Airport and 60 minutes from the Valencia Airport and if necessary we can arrange for you a rental car. We can arrange also a Taxi for you. Near to Gandia, 80 km is located Benidorm, one of the most famous beaches in Spain and for foreigner people, you can enjoy there the Amusement Park Terra Mitica. The rent a car Europcar company is located in Gandia, outside of the Rail Station, in case you need to hire a car.
The climate in Gandia is very warm. The summer lasts from May until the end of October. In winter, the temperatures are mild between 10º and 20º in the afternoons. Sunny days are guaranteed nearly all year.

Interesting places to visit in Gandia are: the harbour, with all the ships in the Grao de Gandia; the Palacio Ducal, with an important history (a film was recorded inside of the palace in the last months); the Cathedral, near to the promenade; the promenade; the Calle Mayor: where you can enjoy going shopping; the Shopping Centre "La Vital"; and the market every Saturday morning; the mountain Marxuquera with the beautiful views from the top to the beach, etc.
Near to Gandia, you can visit the beautiful town of Altea, a typical Mediterranean town; Benidorm: famous because of the good beach and the nightlife; Oliva: and enjoy the resort of Golf in the "Oliva Nova Golf", Denia: where you can take the ferry to Ibiza etc.
How to get there
The apartment is 60 km far away from the Valencia´s airport. Take the AP-7 direction Alicante, and go out in the Exit: Xeresa, Xeraco, Gandia. nº 60. Car hire available trought www.europcar.es. We manage for you a booking. Local buses each 20 min. from the beach to the Grao (harbour) and to Gandia town. We can manage for you a taxi

The apartment has a big living room, with sofa, TV, DVD, and eating area for 6 people. There are 3 bedrooms : 1 double room, 1 room with 2 single beds, and 1 room with 3 single beds. Linen provided. Cot available & High chair available (please under request).
There are two bathrooms: 1 with shower, the second with bathtub. Towels provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped: washing maschine, dishes, kettle, toaster, pans, microwave, electrical mixer etc.
Further details outdoors: There are 5 swiming pools conected by small bridges. The corner swiming pool is made up of jacuzzis. There are also swiming pools for children.
The tennis area and paddle area may be used paying 1.50 € by hour. The barbecue next to the tennis area is free to use and has an area with table and chairs for eating.
The playground is safe for children.
The gym has a lot of equipment and it´s also free, like the sauna.
There are also gardens and a lot of terraces between the swimming pools to sunbathe.
Further details
To formalize the booking, we require the 20 % of the total amount by bank transfer.
The deposit will not be refundable, in case of cancellation.
The rest of the money will be paid cash in Euros, at the arrival to the apartment (check in day).
