BERMUDAS is a privately owned Luxury Seafront apartment situated in the promenade of the Gandia Beach. My apartment is on the 6th floor so you have a wonderful view of the whole length of the beach, the promenade - during the morning and, especially in the evening, this view is quite spectacular. The resort has direct access to the sand of the beach, so you won’t have to cross any road. The apartment comprises 2 twin bedrooms with view to the swimming pool, and 1 double room, with access to the hug 15 m glazed balcony, which faces the sea. There are also 2 bathrooms, one of them with shower, the other one with bad, WC’s and wash-hand basins. In the lounge there is a settee, plus other tables and chairs. The apartment has a lift and car park. There is TV and DVD. In the kitchen there is washmaschine and dishwasher. The building has very big swimming pool, 2 tennis court s, one of them of grass, and a lot of terrace to play the children and sunbathe. It has also trough the garage, good access for disable people.
You are 45 minutes to Valencia city where you can enjoy all the amenities of the city.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
Gandia beach is the popular part of Valencia with a beautiful sandy beach, port and yacht club. The length of the beach is of 3 km from the yatch club to the end of the beach. Gandia is separated between the beach, and the city (3 km far away the city town from the beach and harbour). Gandia town has excellent shopping facilities, historical city centre with a big cathedral and a palace with an important history. It is connected to the beach with a bus service each 15 minutes early morning until late evening all the year round. There is connection to Valencia city by train from the rail Station. In Valencia, you can enjoy the most modern Art and Science Museum of Europe, so like the Sceneografic, where you can enjoy all the kind of fishes of the world. You are just 60 minutes from the Alicante Airport and 60 minutes from the Valencia Airport and if necessary we can arrange for you a rental car. We can arrange also a Taxi for you. Near to Gandia, 80 km is located Benidorm, one of the most famous beaches in Spain and for foreigner people, you can enjoy there the Amusement Park Terra Mitica. The rent a car Europcar company is located in Gandia, outside of the Rail Station, in case you need to hire a car.
The climate in Gandia is very warm. The sommer lasts from may till end of October. In winter, the temperatures are mild between 10º and 20º in the afternoons. Sunny days are nearly all the year guaranteed.

Interesting places to visit in Gandia are: the harbour, with all the ships in the Grao de Gandia; the Palacio Ducal, with an important history (a film was recorded inside of the palace in the last months); the Cathedral, near to the promenade; the promenade; the calle Mayor: where you can enjoy going shopping; the Shopping Centre "La Vital"; and the shop market every saturdays morning; the mountain Marxuquera with the beautiful views from the top to the beach, etc.
Near to Gandia, you can visit the beautiful town of Altea, typical mediterranean town; Benidorm: famous because of the good beach and the nightlife; Oliva: and enjoy the resort of Golf in the "Oliva Nova Golf", Denia: where you can take the ferry to Ibiza etc.
How to get there
The apartment is 60 km far away from the Valencia´s airport. Take the AP-7 direction Alicante, and go out in the Exit: Xeresa, Xeraco, Gandia. Car hire available trought www.europcar.es. We manage for you a booking. Local buses each 20 min. from the beach to the Grao (harbour) and to Gandia town. Bus stop 100 m from the apartment. We can manage for you a taxi.

Further details outdoors: There is a big supermarket near of the apartment for you to stock up on. Booking duration: Please note that the minimum booking period at the apartment is 1 week (winter time), 2 weeks in July an August. Golf: There is a championship golf course at Oliva Nova golf (few km from Gandia) as well as driving range and health spa. Care Hire: is recommended. There is a rent a car office (Europcar) in front of the rail station. We can arrange for you a booking.
Further details
A 20% deposit is required to confirm reservation. If your booking is made within 8 days before the arrival, the full amount must be paid at the arrival into the apartment. Instead of the minimum period in some months are 1 week, it can be discussed with the interested person.
