Pretty detached Villa which has its own private 8 x 4 metre swimming pool, extensive terracing, gardens and secure gated entrance with private parking. Only 150 metres walk to the nearest beach.
There are 2 separate 3 bedroom apartments located within the Villa, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor - both entirely self-contained with separate entrances. This makes the villa ideal for 2 families sharing as each family would have their own facilities. The apartments can be rented separately if required.
Both apartments have 2 double bedrooms a single bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
The Villa is bordered by orange groves, has fantastic mountain views and is located in a beautiful and relaxing area of Gandia only 150 metres walk to one of Gandias quieter, natural, sand dune backed beaches yet only a 4 minute drive to the main shopping centre (with historic Old Town), award winning Gandia beach and prestigious marina, where part of the Americas cup will take place within 2007.
The villa is full of traditional Spanish charm. The villa has a 8 x 4 metre private pool, barbecue area and its own lemon tree within its sunny garden.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Valencia Province region
The Costa Blanca is a very diverse area with fantastic beaches, huge mountains, quaint villages and towns and a very warm welcome! There is a huge theme park on the outskirts of Benidorm (approx. 30 min drive) called Terramitica, which has many rides and a huge water park. It is run by Paramount Studios along the same lines as a Disney complex and is well worth a visit, especially for the children.
Every kind of watersport is available within the area and there are numerous world-class golf courses.
Valencia is only a 45 minute drive away, this is Spain’s third largest city, with fantastic architecture, museums, galleries and a prestigious shopping district. Alicante is just a little further but also well worth a look.
Gandia area
Gandia beach has a fantastic promenade and miles of golden sand on it 'blue flag' beach. It also has some fine shops selling many of the top designer brands. Gandia also has many bars, terrific restaurants and clubs and hosts a large market every Saturday morning. Gandia also has a lovely Old Town area with traditional Moorish and Spanish architecture and fantastic Plazas. There is a large marina which is host to part of the Americas cup during 2007.

Travelling to the Villa
Alicante Airport - 1 and 15 minutes drive (along good motorway roads) - Easyjet and other budget airlines fly in daily Valencia Airport - 55 minutes drive (along good motorway roads) - Easy Jet and Ryan Air and other budget airlines fly in daily to Valencia.
