This outstanding luxury three double bedroom villa is maintained to a very high standard. The villa is situated in the Safor Mountains. With adjoining indoor and outdoor dining offering breath taking views of the surrounding National Trust countryside.
The villa has a twilight pool with outdoor dim lighting which becomes your very own personal chill-out area. The villa has four separate sun terraces offering plenty of sunshine and shade throughout different parts of the day.
The nearby town of Villalonga offers a large supermarket, variety of shops, restaurants/bars and banks. The City of Gandia is steeped in historical heritage and has a 5 kilometer promenade lined with palm trees. Oliva boasts soft sandy beaches with 24 hour chill out beach bars. For the adventurous there is plenty to explore including winding country roads via small traditional villages, historic towns and ancient castles.

This modern villa has a lounge offering spectacular panoramic views and is equipped with two settees, dining room table and chairs for six people. All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, window blinds and fans. All furnishings and fittings are of a high standard. The master bedroom has an en-suite, double patio doors opening onto a sheltered terrace which is also ideal for outdoor dining. The second bathroom also offers a further shower.
Adjoining indoor/outdoor dining means the villa is well appointed to provide for your catering needs. There is a large room by the outdoor kitchen that can be used for another dining room with additional fridge/freezer.

Non refundable booking deposit of 25 % with balance payable 8 weeks before arrival date. We also require a £200 refundable damage deposit prior to arrival which will be refunded within 28 days of your return.
If booking is cancelled the booking deposit is not refunded.
The balance payment and damage deposit are refunded but not if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Holiday insurance is recommended as we do not accept responsibility for delays, strikes, loss of the property or personal injury. Must remember to bring your E111 insurance.
The Costa Blanca/Valencia region
The Safor region is recognised by the World Health Organisation to be one of the healthiest areas in the world. The advantage of the Mediterranean climate in Valencia means the weather provides plenty of all year round sunshine with the hottest months from May to October, even in winter months you can expect temperatures of 17 degrees.
The entire region is rich in history and culture, it's hard to miss one of the many festivals and fiestas that the Spanish are famous for. Whether it be one of the Moors and Christians festivals or the annual Water festival during August (where gallons of water and foam is discharged from fire engines and water-hydrants), there is something for everyone. There is always at least one local town celebrating at any one time and all conclude with the most spectacular firework displays often seen in the distance from the villa.
Gandia offers plenty to everyone, with weekly markets, old churches, a cathedral, restaurants/bars, coffee houses, chill out bars and plenty of chic shopping and night life. In Gandia Playa mingle with the Spanish holiday makers along the promenade and watch the children play until the early hours of the morning.
There is a night market next to the beautiful marina and afterwards you can relax with a coffee or ice cream in one of the many parlours dotted along the front. You can hire a 4/6 seat bicycle and take a ride along the promenade's designated 5 kilometer bike lane. There is a bus service from Villalonga to Gandia and taxi's can be hired.
Take a 30 minute drive along the beautiful coastal road to Denia or further on to Javea and Moriara. Spend a day at Qualdelest and see the ancient monastery overlooking the reservoir at the bottom of the valley. A good day out is to drive to Xaroca and take the train to Valencia through the open countryside. The old town is a preserved car free amalgam of Baroque, Gothic and modernistic architecture, full of small alleys with honey stoned marble and shady spots to relax. Valencia offers everything you would expect from the magnificent cathedral to the l'oceangraphic sea world centre.

"Beautiful Villa with picturesque views in peaceful location"
Our family of 5 stated here this summer. Adele was extremely helpful at the time of booking, forwarding local amenities and attraction information before our departure. Situated at a short drive away from beautiful beaches and the bust town of Gandia. Great shopping centres approx ten mins away & situated not too far away from road links to Valencia, Murcia, Calpe. We travelked to Valencia in 1hr & 40 mins & easily found it by car. The Villa itself is private and not overlooked. Home from home with facilities and exceptionally clean. The only negative was we had to purchase a tea pot as being typically British, there wasn't one in the Villa on arrival!
We will definitely return to this villa and the neighbours, Ian & Kim did a wonderful job at looking after us during our stay, drawing maps and pointing us in the right direction on our days of venture. If you miss your local British Pub whilst away, The White Swan is a short drive away which is very British in decor & the british locals who have gone to live in Spain all meet up on a Sunday for their roast & yorkshire puddings plus apple pie!

We had a great time. Good facilities and the pool was perfect for our family..It would have been great to have air conditioning, but it was August and unusualy hot..Especially enjoyed the outdoor cook… More
