"Amazing Apartment"

The apartment is amazing, clean, spacious and with a fantastic view. It is located right in the centre of Galway City so you can walk to everything.

My only complaint would be the level of service that we received. On arriving in Galway the Apartment is not sign posted at all so we wandered around for a good 30 mins trying to find it. Spent the 1st hour of our holiday trying to contact the proprieter to let us in which wasn't ideal as our mobiles wouldn't work. My advice confirm a time you will be arriving and ensure they confirm they will be there.

On the website they offer a maid service (spent 7 days there didn't see a maid once) and also they can provide you with a keg of beer installed. Arrived with no keg installed (even though had previously e-mailed and booked this) was told on arrival I could call the guy myself to put this in if i wanted it!! Bit annoying, never actually ended up doing this was going to be too much hassle.

Other than that the apartment was brilliant and me and my friends had a fantastic time. Would definately recommend Galway and also this apartment.

We are sorry to hear of the poor service received.
The Check in manager couldn't contact the customer as customer had no phone signal and so there was a delayed check in.
Beer kegs can be supplied on request, in this instance our supplier let us down but if enough notice is given then this will not cause a problem.
Maid service can be had on request.
