The Island of Capri in Italy, as the island of Antigua in the Caribbean, are some preferred destinations for International tourists because of its natural beauty, tempered climate and rich history. Both the Islands of Capri and Antigua are dare to the Villa’s owner heart, and he named his Villa in Antigua Villa Capri.

Villa Capri elegantly sits on over 7,400 sq. ft. of living and entertaining space. As you drive towards this holiday home you will be amazed by the natural stone wall that hugs the property. On the inside of this majestic wall is an immense tropical garden thriving with tall mature trees, native palms and flowering plant life.

As you enter the villa vaulted ceiling, elegant floor tiles and huge sliding doors that open up to into the patio with infinity pool, the bay and the horizon give the feel of openness and a view that is incredible. This villa has an open floor plan, the living area is tastefully furnished with three modern European style couches and a coffee table, the accent wall is accentuated with floating paintings of the island of Capri, the owner’s love for both islands inspire him to bring a touch of Capri into this villa. From this area the views through the open sliding doors gives a view for continuity as the infinity pool and the bay seems as though that are on one plane. Just off the living area is the formal dining area that is elegantly furnished with Italian furniture. From here a large sliding door opens up to the patio. Back on the inside, the functional kitchen is fully equipped with professional grade stainless steel appliances, an island is added for extra space and chairs are set against it. This total area is dazzling with an inviting atmosphere.

The family/entertainment room is tastefully furnished with a microfiber L-shaped cozy sofa, an HD Television , BOSE surround sound system, a desk with a chair and lamp. The floor is decked with natural hard wood, this area is bright and charming since a large window open to the outside and bring a tons of natural light and scenery in.

This luxury villa has four en-suite bedrooms with its own veranda and closet and security safe. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, night stands with lamps, walk in closet, large sliding door and huge windows bring in the natural light. The bathroom has his and her vanity, tub and walk in rain shower. The other three suites are also tastefully furnished and have their own bathroom. All the bedrooms have ceiling fan, air condition, and ipod decking station to listen to your favourite music.

Cottage Capri is self-contained an en-suite bedroom with its own veranda, living area and minibar and its own access to the infinity pool.

On the outside of this holiday villa is the floating infinity pool, it is flank by a huge wooden deck, lounge chairs are set on the deck for a relaxing or basking under the Caribbean sun. The Patio is furnished with outdoor dining furniture where a stainless steel BBQ is standing to cook your fresh fish This outdoor space is perfect for family gatherings, entertaining close friends or just relaxing and enjoy the tranquility of nature.
The home exercise room is completely furnished with all modern equipment, it is en-suited with its own bathroom.

Antigua is an odd-shaped Caribbean island ringed with white sand beaches, surrounded by beautiful azure waters. Rolling green hills, picturesque villages, a lush and enchanted stretch of rainforest and the beautiful white beaches paint make up the landscape of Antigua. It is a beautiful getaway and many tourists enjoy the energetic island culture but also the peace and tranquility that the surrounding seas bring. Antigua is the perfect place to go SCUBA diving and sailing (visit Antigua during Sailing Week which occurs annually in April). As a popular stop for major cruise ships, Antigua offers great duty-free shopping. Antigua offers many great island tours – go shopping in the capital (St. John’s), visit historic sites, check out the beaches and local residents or sail to the nearby islands. There is no shortage of activities in Antigua.

The St. John's market is a great opportunity to marvel at exotic spices, fruits, vegetables and fish that come in all forms and colors.

Before its independence in 1981, Antigua was an English colony and historic buildings and hulks scattered all over the island are remaining witnesses of this bygone era. Nelson's Dockyard located in the south in English Harbour is the only preserved Georgian Yacht Harbor in the world and the island's most famous relic.
