From the owner

The farmhouse has a large lounge with a wood burner and satalite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full fridge and has just been refitted. The upstairs has three berooms, a double, a twin and a family room with a kingsize bed and twom single beds. The bathroom has a shower and there is also a downstairs toilet. The property looks out onto a courtyard. The gamesroom is for everyone to use and the owners are on site at all times to help make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

The property is available all year round. Whether you want a quiet family holiday or a romantic getaway, the Farmhouse is able to sleep from 2 to 8 people or why not bring the whole family, we can sleep 30 people in 5 properties, giving you all your own space and the gamesroom is a great place for you all to eat under one roof.

During the season, the owners or a member of the family will be available to answer any questions, help solve any little problems which may arise, and attempt to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The solar heated swimming pool is a good size (16' x 32') with paved paths and an area for sitting. It is fenced off for the safety of little ones. There is a separate barn that we allow customers to use as a games room and has table tennis (you might like to bring your own bats) and other games plus reading books to keep you and your family occupied. We do crepes on Monday nights for a nominal charge, and it all totally optional. We have a large playing field also, where many a game of football and rounders, have been enjoyed. Le Cosquer really is the place to recharge your batteries in the tranquility of the Breton countryside. When comparing prices, please note the following: All electricity to UK standard (3 pin plugs) Cots available at no extra cost, please let us know your requirements. Weekly crepe night (Monday) Lake with watersports and beaches about 10 minutes.North coast about 40 minute drive, south coast about an hours drive. Central location for visiting the many historic towns in Brittany, eg Josselin, Vannes and Quimper. Please note a security deposit of £100.00 is required and can be paid by cheque upon your arrival.

The lounge has a three piece leather suite and a very large table to seat eight people for those family gatherings. The kitchen has just been re fitted and is fully equipped.

The local area has a very large man made lake and is ideal for watersports. This is about a 10 minute drive away. It also has a man made beach for the little ones to make sandcastle and have a swim. f you prefer to lounge by a swimming pool and soak up the sun try the 16' x 32' pool which is set in the sunniest spot.During the Autume, why not take a walk or cycle ride by Lac Guerdalen or along the Nantes/Brest canal. There are many places to visit, including chateau and the resistance museum is a must see. There is also an indoor swimming pool in Loudeac. A great area to reach all parts of Brittany.The area also has a golf course within 30 minutes drive of Le Cosquer and several other top quaility golf courses within an hour to an hour and 30 minutes drive. How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jo and Andy (the owner) a message.

If Jo and Andy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
