The apartment “Alessandro”, one of “Poggio Imperiale Apartments”, is situated inside a traditional villa built in 1860 by the ancestors of the present owners, in a green and residential area, at number 10 of the prestigious Avenue Poggio Imperiale. The building's beautiful wide terrace faces Porta Romana, the South Roman's Gate of the Medioeval Walls and the entrance of Boboli Gardens. 10 minutes walking distance from Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchi (the Old Bridge).

The apartment "Alessandro" is a two room apartment on the first floor on the back of the Villa. It includes one bedroom with a double bed or two twin beds, living room with fold out sofa bed, breakfast nook and a completely equipped kitchenette (electric stove top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, moka, kettle, toaster). Independent gas heating, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, in-house self-service laundry room with 2 washers, 2 dryers and iron.

The apartment is decorated with ecological and traditional materials such as terra-cotta, wood, marble and warm colored honey bees wax and limestone plasters combined with family furniture, offering a charming atmosphere and maintaining the building's original antique character.

“Poggio Imperiale Apartments” offers different fares for short or long term rentals. Perfect for families or small groups of friends, allowing them a comfortable space to stay together; ideal for couples who are looking for a romantic and intimate holiday in a cosy atmosphere; suitable for single travellers' holiday in a green safe area, walking distance from the main monuments, in a district full of shops, good traditional restaurants and outdoor activities (jogging, bicycle and tennis).
