Our villa is one of only 32 pure luxury villas, located in this private gated community. No villas are overlooked so you have guaranteed total privacy and you get the sun at the pool from morning until about 5pm daily! We have a large pool with separate jacuzzi.also Inside the villa, there are 5 extra large double bedrooms.

We are conveniently located and only 5 mins drive to Disney and the area is very well serviced by all the top restaurants, and golf clubs, local shopping mall only 1 min drive away. You have to see to make a proper judgement on this villa and its prime location.

In late 2017 there is a new $750 million water park and hotel complex due to open, and its located only 10 minutes walk from our front door, so if your kids are into water parks and water sports, then you are in the most perfect place for your stay

Our villa is open plan, front dining room leads onto the kitchen, which follows onto the lounge area, and then into a separate fully air conditioned games room, the kitchen and lounge area over look out onto the pool Lanai area. We have approx 1/2 acre of green garden all around the villa.

One master bedroom located on the ground floor wheelchair accessible, the other 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor.

You do not have to bring anything other than the clothes that you want to wear as we provide everything, inc baby buggie, baby car seat, hair dryers, electronic safes, and we do not charge extra for any of these. There are 8 TVs /DVD players located throughout the villa.

All flat screen tvs throughout the villa, we even have a flat screen tv oyt at the pool lanai area for you to watch that special football match whle your kids swim in the pool,

Our villa is not overlooked by any other villa, so you are guaranteed total privacy. We also have approx 1/2 acre of lush gardens all private, our pool area is fully screened and it comes with a baby, toddler safety screen.

Outside the screened area is your barbecue, while you relax by the poolside.
