This beautiful holiday home boost’s bright and airy living spaces and spacious bedrooms. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which have been designed with comfort and style in mind.
The house is fully air conditioned (free air conditioning) and is furnished to an exceptional high standard throughout. There is also a large bright kitchen with a breakfast bar and family room, which is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The Sitting room and Family room and Master bedroom has wall to wall windows which leads out to the pool area.our 8m x 4m salt water pool is enclosed under a custom-made lanai, a roof topped veranda, which allows for full privacy.You also have an option to have the pool heated, at a fee.

Our bedrooms our designed for ultimate comfort in mind for our guests.The master bedroom En-suite has a super king bed and walk-in wardrobe, with a flat screen HD Smart TV, whilst bedroom number two has a spacious King bed. The other two bedrooms have twin beds, and share the family bathroom.
The master bedroom, lounge.tv room all enjoy stunningly views overlooking the pool patio area.the 9th tee and lakes of the Tara Golf & Country Club.

Guests have full use of a double garage.
A cleaning fee of €165.00 will be added to your booking, along with a tax of 12%.
Pool can be heated for an additional €75.00 per week.
Check in time is 6pm. If we don’t have a same day check out it is possible to check in whatever time suits if required subject to clearance with our house manager.

Golf
If you are a major golf fan, you will be in for a rare treat. Our house is situated on the grounds of the luxurious and stunning Tara Golf & Country Club, which features a 6,800 yard par 72 championship golf course. The Club House is a short 5-minute walk away from our house.
For a once off charge of $400, you will have full use of the amenities of Tara Golf & Country Club, which includes golf, access to the Club House. Transfer of membership entitles you to free green fees and only a modest mandatory cart fee applies. Facilities include golfing on a championship course on 600 acres with five sets of tees on each hole. This is sure to challenge the most avid golfers while providing enjoyment to players of all skill levels. Guests also have use of the driving range (golf balls provided free of charge) and the practice putting green, which is located adjacent to the Club House. This fee also includes full use of the outdoor heated swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and the floodlit tennis courts.
The Preserve Golf Club, which is a public access golf course is also a 10 minute away. The Preserve's championship course is an 18 hole, par-72 classic layout measuring 7,000 yards from the championship tees.
Fitness
Tara Golf & Country Club has many amenities for you to enjoy for an additional fee of $400.00. If you fancy a spot of tennis, the well-lighted U.S. Open Har-Tru courts are conveniently located between the clubhouse and main swimming pool.
The club pool and hot tub provides enjoyment for both lap swimmers and casual bathers and the fitness centre has some state of the art exercise machines and light exercise equipment including Pilates balls and retention bands.
Theme Parks
Visit the wonderful world of the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida, which is 1 hour and 40 minute drive from our house.

We are a 10 minute drive from The Mall at University Town Centre, a beautiful, state-of-the-art shopping centre, which offers shoppers and fashion lovers alike over 140 stores and restaurants to choose from, including many brands exclusive to the area. Brands vary from Saks Fifth Avenue, Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton to Banana Republic, Forever 21, GAP and more.
Ellenton Premium Outlets is a 20-minute drive away, and is a shopping lovers paradise, with brands such as Coach, Tommy Hilfiger, Kate Spade, Lacoste and many more. It has over 130 stores, from women and men’s clothing, to home furnishings and bespoke brands.
A 1 hour and 40 minute drive will bring you to Orlando, which is home to many shopping outlets and centres.
