From the owner

No need for a packed lunch, you're right on the beach! Light and airy, Air-Conditioned Studio with large windows and a terrace facing Westwards to capture the sunsets. Sofa Bed, TV and generous kitchen facilities including full-size cooker, Microwave with grill, toaster, kettle and fridge with plenty of cupboard space. Everyday groceries are available all day five minutes walk away. Make your own meals here, if you want!

The attractive Aurelia Complex is new, clean and well maintained by permanent and helpful staff and offers 24/7 security. Car parking is free and is also within the security boundary. The sea is calm here as it is protected by a reef and the sand is fine and soft. Sun bathing and swimming are great experiences, and there are bars and restaurants on hand to relax in the evening if you don’t want to venture too far. Or you could take a chilled beer from the fridge in your room and drink on the balcony with a view of the sunset. Food and drink in Bulgaria are far cheaper than in England, so for about £20 or less you could get scrumptious meal for two, including wine!

The Air Conditioner can be personally controlled and give warm air flow as well as cool, so it can be used to heat the room.

The Studio has en-suite tiled shower room with toilet.

Aurelia is one of the best Complexes in the area and it is a wonderful place for relaxation.

A 50 euro holding deposit is taken on your arrival and on taking the key to the studio. The deposit is fully refundable on return of the key and the studio providing there has been no damage caused.

We will meet you at the airport of your choice and take you to the studio as part of the personal service. The transfer charge from the airport is very competitive - 50 Bulgarian levs from Bourgas for example.

Kitchen with full-size cooker, microwave and grill, toaster and kettle. Generously supplied with kitchen implements, it’s easy to make simple meals here if you want to. There’s a fridge to keep your food fresh and your wine cool.

Studio is on 4th floor. Lift and Stairs are available.

On-Site: Gym (Free!), Massage, Surf School, Doctor, Bay Watch, Rent-a-Car, Laundry, Office Facilities.

Currency: Bulgarian Lev. Euros not always accepted and when they are, the exchange value may be disadvantageous. Order enough Levs from the Post Office to see you through the early part of your holiday. It’s usually cheaper to change Sterling or Euros in New Nesebar than to get all what you will need at home before you set out.
