A bright, modern 3 bedroomed detached villa in an ideal location for a family holiday. The villa offers a peaceful south facing aspect with outside patio dining area, private first floor sun terrace and its own private jacuzzi. The villa also has free WI-FI.

A great place to explore the Spanish coastline, countryside, mountains and salt lakes, or just to enjoy the fantastic Mediterranean climate, relaxing in the sunshine.

The villa is set in a quiet residential area and would therefore not be suitable for groups of young people who want to party the night away.

Fresh linen and towels are provided for your stay, you will have full use of the washing machine to refresh as and when you choose.

Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own and we kindly ask that you do not take the bath towels provided to the beach or pool.

Downstairs the front door leads into the open plan living area with an extendable dining table and chairs, leather sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen area with large fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with a washing machine.
At the back of the house an archway leads through to a shower room and two twin bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes.
From the main living area, the beautiful staircase leads up to the master bedroom with a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool and a large private solarium with comfortable chairs and small table for those relaxing moments. There is also a fully equipped bathroom upstairs with toilet, bidet, and bath with shower attachment.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom, one of the downstairs bedrooms and in the living area.

The outside area is now fully paved to allow flexibility in where you would like to sit, depending on the position of the sun etc.To the side of the property there is a shaded area with outdoor dining table and 6 chairs which has lighting for use at night, at the rear is the jacuzzi and outside shower and at the front there is a table tennis table.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carina (the owner) a message.

If Carina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
