For the more discerning holiday maker we present an impressive luxury family apartment, situated on an enclosed and more private child-friendly complex (Andalus Hills). Superbly located within close proximity to the beaches and resort facilities, our apartment is designed in a traditional Andalucian style with wonderful brick work columns, whitewashed facades, wooden beams and decorative tiles.

Every effort has been made to make this complex stand out from all the rest ..... and it does not disappoint!

High levels of complimentary feedback from our satisfied guests ... see our reviews page. Our holiday home has easy ground floor access, has 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite), a large private enclosed 'al-fresco' dining terraced area and benefits from a view out on to beautiful landscaped gardens planted with palm trees (no road noise here!). Fitted out to high standards with everything you would expect for a relaxing self catering holiday.

There is a superb large outdoor pool with small kiddies pool and children's play areas directly opposite. Spanish TV included and DVD player provided. . UKTV is offered as an option.

An acclimatised indoor pool caters for out of season swimming. Private secure parking space (within urbanisation). Our rates both reflect the quality of accommodation on offer and location.

We can accommodate a total of 6 persons if including a baby in the travel cot provided.

1 x double bed with en-suite, 1 x twin bedroom, 1 x pull-out single sofa bed, and 1 x travel cot. As with most modern coastal resorts Vera Playa offers good facilities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets and adequate public transport options. For more options you can walk north from Vera Playa to the small harbour village of Villaricos or south to the larger fishing town of Garrucha, which has excellent facilities and dining options. For a more cosmopolitan resort feel travel to nearby Mojacar Playa - its all here and so very diverse!Blue flag beaches & water park 3 mins drive. Vera Town 5 mins. On the local bus route to Vera Town and Mojacar Playa. Traditional open air markets / restaurants / bars / modern supermarkets / Go-kart circuit / Golf. Great cycling and fishing territory too!

Why can't I call Helen (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
