Charming apartment of two rooms with loft room and large glass more bathroom. Located on the first floor of a House in Monferrato immersed in the Woods, just to encourage the very characteristic. The apartment has a Kitchenette with sink, fridge and electric cooking plate. Dishes and pots.

Private terrace where you can eat, equipped with sun loungers.

At guests ' disposal a large swimming pool on the property, at 100 mt.

Lounge on the ground floor with large table, billiards and games.

Washing machine in common.

In the House there are two other apartments.

Possibility of breakfast and dinner (cooking, homemade pasta, jams of our production etc) at affordable prices.

Acqui Terme is a town of ancient origin. Archaeological site of great interest, strolling around the city there are several Roman sites (the Thermarium and ancient aqueduct and many other vestiges). Later Medieval Lombard site.

Around Acqui many medieval castles.

Acqui Terme is well known for its sparkling wine Brachetto, sweet from the end of the meal.

The countryside around is cultivated with vines.

From the city centre is easily reachable on foot (15 minutes), but a means of transport is recommended.

At 5 minutes from the property you will find the spa centre with swimming-pool of Hotwater sulfur.

Struttura vecchioccia, in piena collina tra le verdi montagne. Per arrivarci occorre fare una brutta strada in salita e malandata. Fare attenzione, infatti, all'auto con cui si viaggia. Gentile a… More

Buongiorno, mi spiace per la sua recensione che chiaramente rispetta il suo parere ma decisamente falsa. Gli infissi sono tutti nuovi con doppi vetri cambiato due anni fa. Le porte interne sono originali e per scelta non sono state cambiate. La struttura non è vecchiotta ma un casale contadino del 1700 con muri in pietra. Nel divano non avete dormito, è assurdo che ne parli, poiché per cortesia ed al modico prezzo di euro 80 vi ho dato due appartamenti, uno da 50 metri quadri e uno da 65, per stare comodi in tre persone, non mi pare un esagerazione. I mobili della suite sono nuovi e in stile giapponese, usati perché non cambio ogni volta che un ospite va via. Nel romantico invece ci sono anche mobili d'epoca restaurati. Vi ho inviato le foto degli appartamenti e perciò quello che era nelle foto è quello che era negli appartamenti. Potevate prenotare in un albergo di acqui, ce ne sono tanti! Noi affittiamo appartamenti, nn siamo una struttura alberghiera. Per la strada mi scuso molto sono 100 metri ripidi e un po' sconnessi, ma anche di questo vi avevo avvisati. È chiaro che essere gentili non paga! Le critiche dovrebbero essere costruttive e non denigratorie.
