Gîte accueillant donnant sur le superbe jardin arrière paysager, à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée (de fin mai à mi-septembre). Le gîte de 35 m2 est idéal pour un couple avec une chambre spacieuse à grand lit king de 160 cm, et un clic-clac en lit d'appoint. La salle d'eau est équipée d'une douche extra spacieuse. Le salon/cuisine est équipé d'une cuisinière et four à gaz, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une cafetière et bouilloire électriques, d'un grille-pain et d'un fer à repasser, d'une télévision à écran plat. WiFi gratuit. Accès au lave-linge partagé. Parking privé dans la propriété. Le restaurant La Chaize Gourmande est à 3 minutes à pied et la supérette Spar à 1 km. Le magnifique Lac du Jaunay est à 10 minutes en voiture et Le Puy du Fou à une bonne heure.

A charming gîte for 2 people with beautiful views opening on to the rear gardens. Facilities include free wifi, secure parking on site, UK TV, private patio area with bbq with direct access to gardens and the heated swimming pool. The kitchen/lounge is well equipped with a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and coffee machine, a toaster and an iron.The gîte has a bedroom with a king-size bed and there is a sofa bed in the living-room. The gîte has an extra large shower.

There is access to a laundry room with a shared washing machine.

Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. The owners live on-site, speak English and French and are happy to give you help and advice, if needed. The swimming-pool is heated with a heat pump (from May half-term to mid September).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Cathy (the owner) a message.

If Cathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
