The apartment consists of a quiet double bedroom overlooking the internal courtyard, a living area and kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom, a store room.

It's a great choice to live and visit Florence, avoiding the noise of the center.

    Perfect stay in Florence

    It was nice to stay at Luca's apartment. It is clean and cozy. Not far from city-centre and it is pretty fast to get there. Luca is very friendly and thoughtful. I would recommend his apartment.

Se ha riscontrato una non perfetta pulizia, questo sarà senz'altro nostra responsabilità. Alle sue lamentele Le abbiamo abbassato il prezzo dell'affitto, scalando molto più delle spese della pulizia, mi spiace che ciò non sia bastato ad attenuare la sua frustrazione.     If Luca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
