From the owner

The study in the cycladic-style building which includes the upper floors a Maisonette, located in Agkidia, a small village in ca. 3 km from Chora and the beach of Agh. Georgios so it is advisable to have a car/scooter/ATV!

On the front of a garden with automatic irrigation systems, flowers, herbs, an olive tree. A small patio with sea view, a utility room with washing machine to share with the guests of maisonnette, if any, on the upper floor.

An independent fully equipped, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room with comfortable double sofa bed. Baby cot can be added.

Kitchen with electric stove and three mini-oven, refrigerator, cabinets. A drop-leaf table 2/3 beds, wardrobe, chairs for indoor and outdoor, two easy chairs and a coffee table round, ceiling fans plus one stand, electric radiator for heating. Weekly cleaning included, a parking lot outside of the room with the guests of maisonnette, if any.

Interaction with guest

Since we are not living in Naxos, the house/guests management is left to our house-keeper while we communicate with guests via mail/phone. Therefore it is very important that, may an issue arise on the spot, guests should contact the house-keeper as well us as proprietors. This during their stay NOT after: once the check-out is done, there is nothing left but complaining. On arrival guests are recommended not to move out the place dating fixed with the house-keeper. Should they have to go round doing anything else, please let’s inform our house-keeper by phone. Final cleaning is compulsory, it is charged € 30 for the studio and € 50 for the maisonette.

    One of our neighbours keeps a dog in his garden. He uses to bark sometimes during the day but never in the night, that’s why guests are not allowed to keep pets.
    Guests are supposed to respect our neighbours always avoiding unpleasant noises, especially between 14:30/17:30 and after 23:00. No party, no event.
    Should an issue arise on the spot, contact the house-keeper as well us as proprietors during your stay NOT after because, once the check-out is done, there is nothing left but complaining.
