The apartments Cerqueto in Bevagna (Perugia -Umbria - Italia) are in a typical, nice, old, stone house (recently completely restored). There are two apartments: one at ground floor and one at first floor. You could chose one between them.
The two apartments are near Bevagna town centre (five minutes by car), on the splendid Umbrian hills, with a marvelous view of countryside, Subasio Mountain, Bevagna, Assisi and Spello. They are ideal to spend a period in complete relax in the marvelous Umbrian countryside (inhabited houses 200-300 ms), or to lower oneself in the relaxing life of Bevagna or as strategic base for visiting the Umbrian tourist towns: 15 minutes from Montefalco and Foligno, 25 from Assisi, Trevi and Spello, 40 from Perugia, Spoleto and Todi, 60 from Gubbio and Lake Trasimeno, 80 from Norcia and Cascia, 90 from Orvieto. 140 minutes from Rome and Florence.
The ground floor apartment has living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, two big bathrooms (shower, bidet, hairdryer), patio equipped with gazebo, barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and beach umbrella with a marvelous view. The apartment has TV, radio, cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, books of different languages, working fireplace, fans and independent central heating.
The first floor apartment has 2 well-lit bedrooms with double bed, served by a big well-lit bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer), a kitchen furnished with dish washer, radio, TV, cooking stove, oven, refrigerator, fridge freezer, coffee maker, + a dining room with books of different languages, independent central heating, fans and working fireplace. There also are a panoramic balcony and a terrace equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture, deckchair and beach umbrella.
The house has an ironing room (vat, iron, ironing board, no washing machine), a typical old external oven, and a spacious open space and private parking and it is connected to the principal road from a short private road.
Bevagna is a splendid medieval town, loaded with interesting and beautiful sights. It's rich in culture, traditions, events and good restaurants. It is known for the specialties of Umbrian cuisine (in particular truffle-based dishes), genuine olive oil, and excellent wines, including Sagrantino DOCG.
