A NEST apartment above the roofs of the old town, for two or three people who want to treat yourself to a comfortable stay in the heart of the city within walking distance of all the treasures of this city, and the events that the city offers.

50 sqm with large living room with kitchenette and dining room, a bedroom with double bed, a small study with bed for one adult or two children and bathroom with shower, nice finish bright with views on three sides with air conditioning. Car parking at 50 mt.

Guests can use the whole apartment with full autonomy as they were at home and the accessories that it has, from the pots, plates, cutlery etc. the ironing board and hair etc. and household appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc. having available detergents and soaps for the first necessity. You can not only use the fireplace.

This free WIFI connection to the web, but with limited traffic to 100 MB or 750 MB daily weekly

The price of stay is exposed daily for two people and include all utilities, bed linen and towels not included final cleaning € 30 to be paid separately. (Minimum booking 3 days)

For those who stay, on request I offer two free bikes to get around the city ..

On arrival I require a deposit of 30% of the total amount, but not less than € 100, you give back at departure after the practice tests.

E 'due to a € 1.50 gg tax required by the city of Lucca to be paid at the end of the stay.

Guests are required only to cleaning dishes and accessories used, or available as a separate service, for an additional cost of 20 €.

The apartment is in a building in the historic center on the third floor, with views on the roofs of neighboring houses. The scale of access, although short ca. 35 steps with three landings interposed, has a slope supported.

The city offers numerous museums such as the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, the Comics Museum, the Museum of Villa Guinigi and Palazzo Mansi, the Museum of the San Martino cathedral, Lu.CCA (Lucca Center of Contemporary Art), etc .. .without forgetting the 99 churches, historic buildings on every corner and the Renaissance city walls, with its doors and walk, entirely on foot.

Will take place events and attractions for every season, from the exhibition of Comics (between October and November), various initiatives during the Christmas season, classical music and jazz festivals (throughout the year), Summer Festival (July) , Lucchese September, etc ... and in the province the famous carnival of Viareggio, which takes place in the months of February-March

Outside the walls, a few km from the city, there are the villas of Lucca, historic buildings built in the hills of Lucca, between olive groves and vineyards, Villa Mansi, Villa Reale, Villa Torrigiani, are among the most historic.

The beaches of Versilia are about 15-20 km, Garfagnana about 35 km, while the surrounding area you can hike along the wine and oil route.
