Sleeps up to 14 people, an excellent holiday place all year round.
Independent property with garden and garage, at only 100 mt from main square of Menaggio, no car necessary, suitable for people with restricted mobility. Private garden, BBQ, laundry room, terrace, wi-fi available, private car park and garage.
Menaggio is great spot for relaxing holidays ideal for large families and group of friends. Villa is located only few blocks from all amenities, restaurants and bars, shops, bakery, supermarkets and promenade. Ferry station is walking distance. It is a great base for discovering lake Como.
Bus and Ferries connects Menaggio with Como (south) and Colico (north) car is not required, ideal base for discovering lake Como without car.
Menaggio is the ideal base to discover lake Como with ferry at only 150 mt from the house, public pool LIDO at only 400 mt from the Villa, excellent restaurant and cafes in Menaggio. Supermarkets and shops walking distance at only 150-200 mt away.
Menaggio provides several attractions, watersports, boat hiring, golf club, tennis courts, swimming pool, mini golf, ice cream shops, local traditional food restaurants, hiking tours with expert guide and many more.

The place is ideal for families with kids of all age, the garden area surrounding the house is safe and fully fenced, kids are safe.

If Giuseppe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
