The Granary Barn - Sleeps 5

The Granary Barn is a beautiful and characterful three bedroom cottage, with dual aspect views over the lush Welsh countryside.

Saturday Changeover. The Granary Barn is simply perfect for all, providing very versatile and flexible accommodation. Back in the 17th Century, the Granary Barn was the original farmhouse. Much of its history is still evident in the little nooks, gorgeous wooden beams throughout and hand crafted dowels.

Upon entering, you walk into the large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Offset is the downstairs bathroom.

The lounge has a large comfy sofa with an additional easy chair. Views are over the lawned area to the side, and further afield towards the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

A large flat screen TV, with freeview channels, DVD player and DAB radio is also to hand for those relaxing nights in. You also have free wifi access.

The kitchen is equipped with a LPG cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. Views are over the courtyard and your own outdoor seating area, which is located at the front of the cottage.

The bathroom has a wet room, toilet and basin. An additional toilet and basin can also be found upstairs.

Upstairs, is the master bedroom with a king size bed, and two twin bedrooms. The layout is ideal for families with young children.

The main bedroom is adorned with deep duck down mattress toppers, luxury Egyptian bed linen, finished with cosy duvets and throws. At night you can even lie back and stargaze through the skylight whilst snuggled up.

One twin room has two adult single beds which has access to the hallway or main bedroom. The other bedroom has an adult single bed. All has lovely furnishings and bed linen.

A second toilet and basin is also located upstairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lee Morgan (the owner) a message.

If Lee Morgan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
