The Ground Floor

As you enter the Residence, you will be greeted by a spacious coat check as well as the working side of the large wood-burning stone oven, which makes for romantic winter evenings in the living and dining rooms.

On the left end of the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with its double doors leading to the balcony. A spacious master bathroom with bathtub and separate shower as well as distinct guest toilet complete the sleeping quarters on the ground floor.

On the right, the hallway opens to the kitchen, which is equipped for parties of up to 18 guests. The dining area with its customary oval seating area allows groups of up to 12 to enjoy a meal, while gazing across the valley at the snow-covered peak of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier.

After dinner, retreating to the living room area to enjoy a glass of wine concludes a perfect day in the alps.

The Gallery

The light and airy gallery functions both as sleeping quarter, as well as the entertainment center of the Residence. A couch and lounge chairs, as well as a stylish double bed make watching movies and playing games a fun past-time.

The Lower Level

As you descend the stairs, you will find the ski-boot drying rack on your left, and the sauna on your right. In addition, the exit to the back yard will lead you to the pool.

Finally, 3 bedrooms - two with connected bathrooms, provide a good night's rest. The two larger bedrooms contain double beds, while the smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bunk-bed.

The Outside

A large balcony surrounds most of the ground floor. Friends and family, a perfect place for a BBQ or an evening glass of wine and on warm nights at the private pool.

Parking is available in carport for 2 cars, plus parking for two additional cars in front of the Residence at street level.

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Christoph (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
