CLIMATISÉE, cette demeure du XVIIème siècle vous offre tout le confort moderne haut de gamme (4G+, WIFI) en famille ou entre amis. Ses 3 chambres ont chacune une salle de bain PRIVATIVE. La piscine SÉCURISÉE par un volet est CHAUFFÉE de juin à septembre (si T° nocturne >16°C) et partagée .

Classée meuble de tourisme 4* Atout France, la Vieille Maison est totalement indépendante avec un grand jardin, une terrasse, un barbecue, des transats sur la propriété d'un hectare arboré et paysagé. Portique enfants, tennis de table, jeu de pétanque et jeux de société sont à votre disposition. Équipement complet pour bébé et enfants.

La piscine de plus de 80m2 est commune et n'est réservée qu'aux résidents de la Maresque, donc pas de forte affluence :-). Sur la grande terrasse de la piscine, vous disposez de bains de soleil, de petites tables et de chaises, spécifique à votre hébergement et nettoyés entre chaque séjour.

Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis pour tout séjour d'une semaine et plus en juillet et en août. En dehors de cette période, il faut compter, si vous le souhaitez, 10€/lit et 5€/pers pour les serviettes et torchons.

Le paiement des charges électriques (chauffage ou climatisation) se fait sur relevé de compteur. Vous bénéficiez d'un forfait de 16 kw/jour inclus, suffisant pour couvrir la consommation responsable de la climatisation en été. Pour le chauffage, il faut compter entre 5€ et 15€ par 24h00. Ménage en option : 75 €. Le bois est mis GRATUITEMENT à disposition, en hiver, pour le plaisir de belles flambées dans le poêle provençal, et en été pour les barbecue.

    Cher monsieur, Nous vous remercions pour cet avis. La Maresque est heureusement située en pleine campagne à 7 km d’Albi, ce qui lui confère la quiétude reconnue par nos vacanciers. Mais, en voiture, vous avez une boulangerie à 3 mn et une première zone commerciale à 7 mn, sans compter la ferme voisine à 10 mn à pieds, pour acheter des œufs, du lait, des fruits (pêches, poires, prunes, pommes, figues…) et des volailles ! Les échanges que nous avons avant votre arrivée nous permettent de vous donner des informations sur les produits présents dans votre maison et ceux disponibles à la demande (enlevés selon les recommandations de gîtes de France – COVID, pour la sécurité de tous). Nous vous avons aussi fait part de nos conseils de restaurants et d’activités (liens internet sélectionnés) pour faciliter la préparation de vos vacances. Habitant à côté de chez vous, nous restons à votre écoute pour tout autre besoin, mais préservons votre tranquillité. Nous expliquons à nouveau tout cela en accueillant nos vacanciers. Nous avons croisé quelques fois votre épouse pendant votre séjour et cela semblait aller. C’est juste dommage que vous n’ayez pas été présent lors de l’accueil et que nous n’ayons pas eu l’occasion d’échanger avec vous directement. Nous sommes heureux que vous gardiez de bons souvenirs de vos vacances, malgré la toile d’araignée qui a eu le temps de se mettre en place dans la journée avant votre entrée dans la maison. Bienvenue à la campagne!
