.This charming apartment at first floor of waterfront stone house from the beginning of the twentieth century, is located at the rim of Boka Kotorska Bay, the most southern fjord of Europe in the Adriatic Sea. The house is situated directly at the shore, walking distance to the numerous restaurants, cafes, beach bars, grocery shops, pharmacies, etc (less than 500 m). The stunning views of the Bay, scenic mountains and old medieval houses make this house an ideal vacation spot. The house is 1.5 km away from old town of Kotor, one of the best preserved medieval old towns in the Adriatic and a UNESCO world heritage site. It is home to numerous attractions, such as the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon in the old town (built in 1166), and the ancient walls which stretch for 4.5 km (3 mi) directly above the city. Sveti ?or?e and Gospa od Škrpijela islets off the coast of Perast are also among the more popular destinations in the vicinity of Kotor.

The house features stone walls and parquet floors throughout, 3 specious bedrooms with extra high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, dining room, living room with TV, DVD system, music system, and bathroom. The master bedroom (220X180cm) has an extra-long king size bed, the second room also has a king size bed, while third has two twin beds.. Additional beds or crib are available at request. Internet is available free of charge.one parking spot is available. The beautiful “ponta” (small pier) in front of the house makes the perfect resting, reading and leisure spot.There is also an indoor cycling bike in the apartment..TOURISM TAX need to be payed first day of your arrival in Kotor (not included in price)

How do damage deposits work?

If Djuro (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
