Villa Oliva - a jewel in the picturesque town of Podgora in Makarska Riviera.

This unique location in the beautiful nature, traditional layout and heated swimming pool with stunning sea and mountain views, fascinate every visitor. Dalmatian stone house, renovated in a colorful and rustic fashion is embraced by tranquil olive trees wherever you look. Villa is situated on a private property of 6000m2. There is no house close by to disturb you in your peaceful holiday.

Villa Oliva has four double bedrooms with its own air conditioning. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, cosy living room with TV/SAT and balcony with magnificent view are located on the first floor. On the ground floor is spacious living/dining room with TV/SAT/Netflix, beautiful - fully equipped kitchen and the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

In front of the villa is large terrace with heated swimming pool (25m2) with jetstream, sunbeds and bean bags, dining area, outside shower with hot water, BBQ, laundry room and parking places for up to three cars. There is an organic garden where you can pick some fresh vegetables and herbs.

Although the villa is in the middle of the nature, WiFi covers all over the place.

Pets are welcome to play around the olive grove.

More than 100 mostly pebbled beaches are streching for some 40km along the costline of magnificent Makarska Riviera at the foot of Biokovo mountain. Most of these beaches are equipped with sunbeds, all kinds of water sports and aqua parks for kids. Nature park Biokovo is an impressive mountain brimming with life and full of peculiar karst formations. Dalmatia has the healthiest and liveliest cuisine in Croatia, with a touch of extra virgin olive oil.

How do damage deposits work?

If Milan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
